The room was fantastic -- clean, nicely furnished, comfortable. The location enabled me to be close to my meetings. The neighborhood, however, was pretty sketchy and the complex that I had to walk through to get to my room was unkept, dirty, and had grafiti on the walls.

Really nice experience overall but the breakfast we paid for was in a different hostel buildings and it wasn't worth paying for (limited options esp if you're with little kids).

Great location and well furnished apartment

Really impressed with this accommodation. Very spacious and warm. Easy codes to get into the property. Everything looked brand new. Good proximity to the train station, the Berlin Wall and Berghain. Great value and it was well kitted out. Very close proximity to convenience stores and restaurants. Good tech platform from Numa too, easy to communicate with.

Perfect location and apartment with home-vibes!

Perfect location with walking distance to both Berghain and a cozy restaurant area right up Kopernicke strasse. Poor ventilation in the apartment (501), you have to keep the windows open all the time. Super mega comfortable beds and pillows. Fresh apt that feels like a home with a small kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fridget, hairdryer etc. Easy check-in and check-out. Will definitely book this accommodation again!

We were very comfortable in the apartments. They are clean, cozy, and provide coffee, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. BUT upon arriving in Germany Numa Kater emailed that the two bedroom unit we reserved was no longer available and they had two separate one bedroom units for us instead. We were traveling with children so this meant my husband and I had to stay in different units and we had to sleep on the pull out sofas and share beds, which wouldn't have been the case with the two bedroom we originally booked. That being said, the apartments were clean and very comfortable. They provide a lot of space for the money and we felt safe. The hallway leading to the apartments is dirty and the front door (not a security door) had a broken glass window. It is definitely more of a late-night area, but we enjoyed the location, the food vendors and easy access to the Sbahn station.

The apartment itself was fabulous - clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. There were plenty of clean soft towels, luxury bedding and gorgeous toiletries a plenty. However, the instructions of how to access the property were poor which left us struggling to find the apartment late in the evening. The PIN code gave us access to the adjacent property which I felt was a security risk and there was no guidance when we found the right building that we had to walk through the building and across a courtyard to access the apartment. Also the cleanliness of the communal areas was poor. There was a bottle of urine and drug paraphernalia in the foyer as we went out for the day on Sunday morning and they were still there when we left the property on Monday morning.

Laut, eng, irreführende Bezeichnung.

Nur zum Übernachten und Auskatern geeignet. Laut, Zugang und Treppenhaus in miserablem Zustand. Weder Large, noch Suite, von de Luxe ganz zu schweigen. Fenster zur Straße konnte man eigentlich nicht öffnen wegen des Lärms und der Essensgerüche. Runterschauen wollte man auch schnell nicht mehr, es sei denn, man mag Ratten beobachten. Kommunikation mit Hotels.com unterirdisch. Man wird von dort zum Anbieter, von dort zurück und wieder zurück geschickt, mit falschen Telefonnummern versorgt, Erreichbarkeit beim Check in war nicht gegeben. Kann nur raten, diese Unterkunft zu meiden.

En dejligt sted, hvor man nemt kan komme til offentlig transport. Man kan fornemme at der er gjort noget ud af indretningen. Sengene var ikke de bedste desværre. Derudover kunne vi ikke få streaming på TV til at virke - efter få minutter blev man smidt af igen. Vores soveværelse lå direkte ud til et stort område med en masse byggestøj/kommunale køretøjer. Så en del støj om natten

Veldig sentralt,like ved t-banestasjonen. Alt fungerte digitalt med tilsendte koder osv. Lyspæra på soverommet fungerte ikke, det manglet glass, oppvaskmiddel og tabletter til oppvaskmaskinen. Safen kunne ikke åpnes da vi forsøkte å få ut det vi hadde lagt der. Men komunikasjonen via telefon og whatsup var utmerket, vi fikk straks hjelp med det meste. Ikke innsjekking før klokka 16.00. Utsjekking 11.00 Vi forsøkte å få utsatt utflytting, selvsagt mot ekstra betaling,da vi ikke hadde fly før langt på kveld. Men det sa de nei til. Neste gang på reise foretrekker jeg et sted med resepsjon (men det har kanskje noe med alder å gjøre;) Alt i alt et veldig OK sted å bo hvis du er komfortabel i den digitale verden. Mange koselige spisesteder og barer i området.

Das Appartment ist soweit wirklich sehr gut. Man sollte sich nicht vom Haus an sich und vor allem vom Treppenhaus und Innenhof abschrecken lassen, welche beide in wirklich schlechtem Zustand sind. Umgebung wie erwartet, passt. Wege in die City und zur Uber Arena kurz, Verbindungen Bus und Bahn auch gut. Parkplatz nicht vorhanden, etwas weitere Wege sollten einkalkuliert werden, Auto muss man sollte gut zu Fuss sein. Appartment selbst sehr empfehlenswert.
