The staffs at reception are very friendly. The rooms are generally clean. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast , however they do serve simple food like yogurt and bread and coffee and tea. Would have been perfect if they have proper Taiwanese breakfast served like soya bean , porridge etc

The staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. The apartment was furnished and well maintained. The property could do better with providing information such as how to unlock the induction cooker, how to set the aircon thermostat and how to use the rice cooker. Information provided indicated that VIP lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks was available 24 hours daily, but when we went one morning there was a breakfast buffet and this was chargeable. The staff made all the difference and we had a very enjoyable stay at the property.

Wonderful stay - traveling with a family of four (adults) and the layout and size of the apartment is great. The size of the common toilet is a little small, suggest to have more hooks in the toilet to hang clothes and towel. The hotel staff service is top notch!

Wonderful Stay at Gloria

It was a wonderful stay at the Gloria Residence! From Staffs at the Front Desk to Staffs at the Cafe, they all were very friendly and courteous, made you feel so homely. It was so nice to start the day with a freshly-squeezed juice, then followed by the health-conscious breakfast at the Cafe before we headed out for our adventure. Very refreshing. The cleaning team was also to be praised. They were very polite, clean and efficient. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay we had in Taipei.

Lovely service apartment

The service apartment have everything you needed. Staff are very attentive. Located between 2 main MRT stations. Very convenient. The only down side is the build is quite dark due to the interior design, especially the breakfast area, it looks like a bar or disco instead.

Cosy hotel

The room was very cosy and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially those on duty during breakfast timing. The staff even gave my daughter a surprise birthday cake with a greeting card on her birthday!

Best Service Ever Experienced

The service was great!! Anything and everything we asked for the staff tried their best to provide (within their ability). This included helping us arrange for restaurant reservations as well as travel arrangements for local tours. They were all patient to our questions and responded with great enthusiasm as if we were their most valued guests. There was even an incident when we could not get the Television working at 12 midnight and 2 front office staff came to assist to get it working even though it was quite late. The only negative would be that the room does look a little old and some with smells of stale air but soon resolved once the AC was switched on. However this negative was compensated by the super quality staff that the hotel had trained. Do look for help from front desk staff like Irene, Owen, Pary and Sabrina for your needs. Will certainly return there to stay again when we next travel to Taipei.

Overall comfort great, value for money.

It was amazing. Free upgrade. Service impeccable. Room was comfortable and luxurious. Washing machine not working that great, left marks on clothes, need t re wash my clothings. There was some stain marks on sofa probably stained by previous guests and couldn’t get them out. Location was not too brilliant but 10 mins - 15mins walk to the red or green metro line. Overall, very pleasant stay and pleased. Would stay again. :)
