Best spot on the island

Getting from the pier to the resort requires more effort than anticipated but everything did work out, and it absolutely was worthwhile.

Great hotel and great service. They could have informed us better about the daily shuttle schedule and practises. Also it was a bit dissapointing the spa and massage services were unavailable. Overall the stay was excellent, really enjoyed the peaceful enviroment and staff was excellent.

Just dreadful - 2 star hotel

Positive - the room was nice and the view was spectacular. The staff are friendly. Negatives - the whole hotel is run down into disrepair. You have to walk across sharp rocks to get from the boat to the hotel. If you want to go out at night, you have to climb over rocks - I slipped and sliced my foot open. The breakfast is dire, with hardly any options in a run down hall. The pool has three loungers that are falling apart - you have to go back to the breakfast room to get towels. There isn’t anywhere to get drinks or food in the day that we saw. All of the guests were super down about their stay. It might have been 4 star a decade ago, but it’s not even 2 stars in my opinion. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone - absolute dive.

So lousy it made me laugh

Quite honestly, this was the most disappointing hotel stay I have ever had. Without even having high expectations, I was extremely let down by the experience. With that said, the staff were great, and did try their best, but the whole place is just completely worn, there are screws loose in the wooden floor by the pool (don’t let your kids run around), aged rooms, tired bathrooms, no bar open even though it said there was, and so forth. If you do decide to stay here - PLEASE go to the village next to it. It has some great(!) restaurants and great bars, which Villa 360 barely communicates to you. It is possible to walk back and forth, regardless of the tide. All in all, my advice is to temporarily close the hotel, upgrade and improve it, and you’ll have a quality hotel.

Nice but never stay here. It’s a pain to get to

The room was nice. Nothing special. Hard bed(which I like) very nice view from my room of the ocean. Now here are the downfalls, which for these reasons I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay there. The hotel is far from the port, which means you need to take a water taxi which is about 30 min away. It’s not a comfortable ride and at night it’s very difficult and expensive to get one back from town(cause there is nothing around the hotel so you will be heading into town) which will require you to take another water taxi. At night it cost me 2000BHT to take a water taxi back to the hotel. Next problem the amount of stairs you have to take when getting to your room is a lot. Good luck if you have an injury or are an older person. The hotel has no beach. Just a pool. So to use a beach you need to leave the property. Wasn’t a bad hotel but would never stay here or tell anyone to stay here. Stay at a hotel close to the pier in town. There are so many. It’s way more convenient. This place was just such A hassle to get to and from too.

Bom hotel

Quartos limpos e espaçosos. Atendimento ótimo! O café da manhã não é excepcional, mas de bom tamanho. A localização é afastada da vila principal, em lugar mais tranquilo.

Vista maravilhosa

Hotel com aspecto abandonado.... Muitos funcionários, porém acredito que ociosos e sem voz de comando... As mesas e cadeiras cobertas por capas mesmo com muitos hóspedes... O café não estava montado mesmo após 30 min do horário do começo... Talvez por ser "baixa temporada " haviam muitas áreas fechadas.... Aspecto deteriorado

We absolutely loved how secluded this property was! Though it was a bit of a hike up to the villas, the staff were extremely accommodating in providing motor transport to and from the villas. We also loved seeing all the wildlife around the property and being just steps away from the crystal clear waters at the base of the property! The food at the restaurant was great and we loved that week could get a mix of Thai and western food there! The staff was friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Phi Phi!

优美舒适的度假酒店

这是一个明智的选择，虽然没有沙滩但是房间舒适美丽，工作人员热情礼貌，房间天天都打扫的非常干净，房间里还给准备了免费的冷饮和小零食，特别舒服，唯一提醒大家的是两点，第一不要选择包餐，从价格上来说单点更值啊……第二房间的一次性白色拖鞋是不能拿走的，本来想带到飞机穿，结果被告知要150泰铢，这两点注意下就好了，总体说酒店是非常优美适合度假的，我想有机会我还会选择它

Amazing minus the cost of breakfast

GORGEOUS hotel! Our room was amazing and the view was incredible. They provided 6 bottles of water and snacks for free each day!! I wouldn't stay here if you don't enjoy stairs, but otherwiser, I highly recommend. My only complaint is that the breakfast was not included and they charged and extraordinary amount to eat in their restaurant. 590 THB is INSANE for breakfast for one person. Not only that, but they called it a la carte when it was clearly a set menu for one pre-set meal.

Great ocean views and nice comfortable rooms! The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help. However, this hotel looks like it’s seen it’s prime. The outside of the property is very worn and as we were hiking on the back side there was trash and abandoned equipment all around. The hotel is situated on a hill so there are many stairs to get to and from your room to the restaurant and pool area; although the staff are more than happy to pick you up if you call them. Also note that this hotel is located on the windy side of the island...so it actually gets pretty windy in the evenings and early mornings. The current goes out and in every 4 hours so you have to go pretty far out to get to the beach if you want to go swimming. There is another hotel resort and village down to the left but to get there you have to go through the hotel’s garbage area and duck under trees, go over boulders and navigate the incoming current. Not ideal at all. Note that this hotel does not have direct beach access. You have to go down to the resort on the left to get to the beach. (i.e. scramble through the trees, ocean current and rocks). This hotel is not close to town so you are kind of stuck here unless you want to pay 1000 BHT each way for a water taxi. The hotel does provide a free shuttle twice per day either 8 am or 12:30 pm. We were really glad that we only booked one night here. This hotel did not meet our expectations.

Villa 360

The villas are located on a mountain side. Be prepared to walk many stairs to and from your villa. There is a shuttle that will pick you up from your villa following a call to the front desk. The shuttle was quick and convenient. The hotel manager was great as well as the remainder of the hotel staff.

The property had a great view! I wish that it would have been known that it was hard to get to anything when tide was high. I also wish the property mentioned how many stairs there were, it was difficult with an ankle injury.
