Place is very hide. Difficult to find after 7 pm. No one speaks English. Rooms are old but safe. It is near the Yuxin station. Walking 15 minutes and by Bus only 3 minutes. Good location to visit attractions. Neighborhood is not for tourism. McDonald’s and KFC nearby. If you need only a place to sleep, then It is okay. However for the price, it should be a better options.
Initially I was assigned to a room which had a terrible smell and I couldn't stay in that room for more than one minute. At least the reception agreed to give me another room that became one of the few spotlights of this hotel's service. My room card never worked, but luckily the housekeeping staff had been always friendly helping me to open the door.....Anyway, the experience with this hotel is a bit lower than the average one at same price level. The location is not very convenient either....almost 20-25 mins walk to the closet metro station.
I have a very good time in this side of Beijing. The food nearby is delicious.

It was difficult to find. I asked several taxi driver they all don`t know the place, maybe it is because the name of the hotel in the internet is not the same with the actual name.
This was our third hotel while vacationing in China and Hong Kong. It is was to be the last hotel we stayed at for our last three days in Beijing. We ended up staying one night and leaving by 6am to head to another hotel. If the Beijing subway system was opening all night we wouldn't have made it through the night. The staff was very nice but outside of "passport" they knew no English. The hotel room was old and not really kept up. The room seemed clean but all of the surfaces were sticky. The main problem was how loud the hotel was at night. I woke up over 15 times due to banging outside, barking dogs, kids running up and down the halls and other hotel guests (or maybe even staff, we couldn't tell) yelling. All of this was taking place between 11pm-6am. Maybe we were spoiled our first two weeks with great hotels which made this hotel seem so bad but regardless we were more then happy to leave after a few hours and stay at another hotel in a more central area.
Very noise and dirty. The telephone is not working in the room, there is no safe. The shower is too basic.

Good for low budget
Stayed here for 2 weeks while doing some training. Should have some basic Chinese to communicate with staff but can use google translator. Rooms were clean and tidy the decor looked a bit tired not to loud at night and area friendly but a little run down some good priced eateries. Go here if all you need is a comfy bed and a warm room not for a romantic get away. Cabled internet works in rooms wireless only available in lobby I didn't eat in hotel but didn't look dodgy in any way.

it's a convinent location for people who want to live close to Tsinghua university and a lower price. you can take the bus no.355 directly from the station post institute where you can find when you step out the inn.
As is often the case, it's not that easy to find. It's not top luxury, but it's clean, and the staff is pleasant. My room was looking to the back of a taller building, something that seemed to be a former KTV (karaoke) and had a big fire, so the sight was not pretty. In general, the area is not pretty, but the subway is not very far and you can go easily into Beijing
