Perfect Baguio Family Getaway

We booked a 2 bedroom unit and we were all surprised by how big it was. Clean, very spacious living room and master bedroom, has 3 beds and a balcony. The staff are very friendly. Great location. We travelled by car from Manila and it is only about 10 minutes drive to tourist spots like Session Road, The Mansion, Mines View and Camp John hay.

The best accommodation in Baguio so far

It was lovely. Was happy to have spent New Year's Eve at the hotel. Countdown was the best I've been to in ages. They have the loveliest staff - charming and accommodating. This to me is service with a heart.

Amazing!

Very pleasant stay. Experienced the New Years countdown and am glad I made the right choice. Staff were very polite, serves everyone with a smile. It didn't matter where you were in the hotel or who you were speaking to everyone was just amazing. Definitely not my last booking. Hope to visit them again soon.

The exterior of the building is great, however the room that we stayed looks old and needs upgrading. Balcony doors seemed broken and the washroom was not well kept. We expected more but was a bit disappointed.

Bump on my head

I would've given 5 star but in the morning of our last day, I slipped in the shower hitting my head on the wall with me ending up with a bump on my head. The shower had slippery floor and when my told the front desk of what happened, they said there should've been a rubber mat but there was none. Going home with a bump on my head but otherwise, the hotel was nice. Just be careful with in the shower and ask for a rubber mat. 😄

I wouldn’t recommend this place

I booked a 2 bedroom studio for 6 persons for an overnight stay on 12/29/24. Good value for money if you don’t mind dingy accommodations with windows and balcony facing a wall, clogged toilet, no hot water in one of the two bathrooms, and front desk staff telling you that they charge for extra towels because you asked for them on the morning of check out day instead of the night before (huh???). In short, this is not The Manor, the only place in Baguio worth staying in if you want to enjoy the city.

部屋にミニキッチンが付いていて、microwaveもありたいへんべんりでした。徒歩圏内にはスーパーマーケットがあり、コンビニよりも充実した食材が入手でき、長期滞在にも向いていると思いました。施設内は清潔に保たれています。レストランはkuyaJが入っていて、朝食ビュッフェはそちらで頂きましたが、美味しくて満足できました。

No air conditioning, Baguio is very proud of their cooler temperatures but our room only had one window you could open so the temperature wasn't good for sleeping, they did provide a fan when we asked for one but it was pushing cool air. The hot water didn't work in the bathroom, it had a tankless water heater but maybe it had thrown a breaker or something, because it never warmed up. The safe in the room must of had dead batteries because it didn't function. The breakfast provided was also the worst we had in the Philippines, the food was cold, who likes cold scrambled eggs.We made it 2 days and then found another hotel with air conditioning. It was nonrefundable so we had to eat four days but it was worth it. The Sotogrande Hotel is right next door and it has air conditioning
