Along with free water park access, this smoke-free condo building has a poolside bar and a lazy river. Self parking is free. Other amenities include a children's pool, laundry facilities, and a 24-hour front desk. Each condo provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. The Ocean view was looking thru two dirty hotels. It had old mattresses and furniture thrown in between the hotels in front of the balcony in plain site. Area is run down and a lot of chairs in the bushes where we kept seeing people shooting up. We were scared to walk down to the parking lot at night.

My family is very easy-going. We normally don’t complain about much. However, the check-in process was rather long and the room towels and sheets were not clean. A thorough cleaning is important for travelers. Our room was a rushed cleaning job.

Although the condo looks like the pictures it was not clean. It was dust and hair on the nightstand and under the sink. The dinning room table and floors was dirty and the air vents was filthy. The locks to the balcony was broke. The stay wasn't too good.

The room was very nice, very clean. The pools were horrible, very dirty, there weren't enough places to get rid of the sand. People get into the pools with sand and leave them dirty. The property says it's facing the sea, but it's not facing the ocean. The staff at the check-in was very rude. With a bad face😂. And the surroundings look abandoned, all old. I never give a review, but I hope this will help you in the future if you want to stay here.

The condo was very nice and very clean! The elevator did smell obnoxiously of cigarette smoke. I did like the key code to get in the elevator area. There was allot of strip noise even for out of season. Overall, it’s a very nice property and the condo itself was very nice!

First it said we have oceanfront and it is not on the ocean! My family had a hard time finding it. Almost all night the person above us kept jumping which made it hard to sleep! This is way to expensive not to have peaceful stay! The main reason we booked here was because of oceanfront and I am very upset I would like my money back! There is not a phone in here to call to complain about the issue we have. The toilet kept running all night as well! I had to turn on YouTube to listen to the ocean! I could have stayed home for that amount for one night

Overall the experience was very lovely. The check in was fast and easy the room was exactly what we expected! My only complaint is we never got towels. I called on 3 different occasions and was told some would be brought and never once. On our last full day I was able to catch someone on the floor and grab a few but besides that the experience was nice.

The apartment was very clean. The amenities were great. It was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The front desk attendants were always pleasant. The only issue we had was some bugs were seen BUT the room was sprayed the very next day AND I was credited back 200.00 dollars. The other issue was I requested towels and rags and never received them. This was our first time staying at this property and even with the few little mishaps we were all pleasantly pleased and will definitely return for another stay at this faction the future.

9 out of 10 not a fan of the deposit process.

I would give this hotel/condo a solid 9 out of 10, my only issue is with their deposit system. They hold 250$ on your credit card, or a flat 39$ fee. This is a clear effort to extort an additional 39$ from less affluent customers. They pushed the 39$ fee multiple times, but I declined. Off season in Myrtle is a calming experience while chilly, still a beautiful community. Clean, Comfortable, but not a fan of their deposit system.

10/10 don’t recommend

First, the condo appearance and cleanliness was fine. But, the shower valve was loose and hanging out of wall, the water pressure was non existent. The AC didn’t work and over 4 days no one came to fix it. There were roaches, but it’s the beach. The alley ways on each side, and the tables directly underneath were full of drug addicts nodding off, shooting up and smoking crack. There were prostitutes yelling at cars to the right near the Summer Sands wall. There was a crack dealer that was distributing right below us every night. We didn’t even feel safe on our balcony. We could hear them yelling and cussing well up through 3am. There was so much riff raf, trash, clothes, and busted glass surrounding the property that we didn’t let the teenage kids walk to the car without us. This was by far my worst experience in Myrtle Beach in my 40 years of going. The property looked nice online, but not feeling safe while onsite ruined it. The “amenities” that was advertised for use through Landmark were closed other than their pool. There were no towels available at the pool. Overall this was a TERRIBLE experience.
