The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and modern. The staff was great in getting us taxis, recommendations, etc Not sure if this is for all properties but we got hit with a per person city tax when we checked in which cost close to 200.00 for 5 people… in fairness I don’t know if that apples to all Barcelona hotel/ rentals.. Also had a kinda weird thing happen..we were 5 people and asked for additional blankets..they said they could provide but would charge us per day for the extra blankets… That being said, I would recommend staying here, especially for families who want livubg space/ kitchens. Very comfortable apt.

We were so happy with our stay in a 2BR apartment here at Sensations. Check in was easy. I asked for parking ahead of time and they had it ready for my rental car right under the building. The apartment was clean, comfortable and perfect. Had everything for us to make breakfast every morning. Had a Nespresso (original pods) machine which was great. Location was perfect as well. Super market 1 block away. Around the block from Segrada Familia. We walked (within 45 minutes) to La Rambla, Barcelona Cathedral, etc. Would stay here again. Might ask for a higher floor as it might have a better view than our lower floor apartment. Service was great as well. Irene checked us in and was very nice and helpful.

Apartment was so spacious and the rooftop terrace was so fun and beautiful. Right in the midst of the city with stunning views of Sagrada Familia. The metro was close by and lots of dining options around. Free laundry was a bonus and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Recommend staying here!

I can’t say enough good things that describe how happy we were with our accommodations. First, it’s a fantastic location. It’s very close to Sagrada Familia obviously but also to tons of excellent bakeries & restaurants. I loved the view of the Sagrada Familia and the balcony. The apartment was sparkling clean, spacious and modern. Also the reception staff were friendly & efficient. I highly recommend and was sad to leave!

Location: this property is in the heart of a bustling downtown area, literally around the corner from Sagrada Familia. There are plenty of options to dine, shop, and visit touristy things. Security: even though this property was around a busy area, I felt safe. The front door is locked at all times, only accessible by room key (or buzzing through the front desk). The desk is open most of the day and they are constantly checking the cameras. Staff: staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. They answered a bunch of questions on things to do and helped each day with calling a taxi and attending to our needs. I really enjoyed interacting with every member of the front desk and they each spent as much time with us as we needed. Overall hotel: the only issue we had was one elevator was down (which was closer to our room) so everyone had to wait for the other elevator, which was super slow. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time. Elevator was small as well and could barely hold 6 people (less if you had luggage). The room was really clean and had everything you could need (complimentary water, shower items, a safe, laundry, etc.).

Excellent hotel, even better staff!

Our stay was fantastic from the welcome emails to tremendously helpful staff. The view of Sagrada Familia is amazing and rooms were clean and spacious. Location is also right next to the Metro! Our family couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you Sensación Sagrada Familia!

My family and I truly enjoyed our time at this location. The location to local restaurants, bars and shopping was great. We loved taking morning and evening walks and we felt safe at all times. We had the 2 bedroom apartment with 1 full bath and I 1/2 worked well for family of 5. The sofa bed was so comfortable my kids enjoyed it. The master bedroom bed could have been a bit longer, lol my husband is 5”11 and it was a bit short but did not affect our stay one bit. The only other thing I would recommend to change on the property is the gym access. You have to make an appointment to use it. So we did not use it. The 6 mile a day we walked, lol kept us healthy on our trip. We will definitely stay here again. I want to add…The restaurants the property recommended were great. We loved La Selva for a nice date night dinner. Highly recommend it. The pizza place around the corner was amazing, i believe the name was CAN Pizza…so good! .. oh and make sure to get some local sangria.

Clean. Spacious. Good to have reception almost 24/7. We were warned to take our garbage bags to the street disposal containers (we did, but somehow would have expected to be part of the cleaning provided by the personal after checkout). Close to everything. Modern and everything in good condition.

Property was awesome. Only downside is that the exercise room is not available until after 8:00 am. Otherwise, everything else was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

We had from the advert of the hotel seen that there was view from the rooms and got the impression that they were facing the Segrada Familia. When we arrived we then get a very small - so called 'apartment' - on the 2nd floor right toward a very busy and noisy street. The room was very dark and not at all cosy. The administration of the hotel was busy with telling us what we could not do and reminding us of the time of departure and that the hotel could not keep our luggage a few hours after check out, than making us feel welcome. Nothing was done to try to address our complaints..... furthermore, the price is very high. THis is certainly not value for money but a rip off! Never again!

We really liked the place for the following reasons. Excellent location, very near Sagrada Familia, metro is nearby, lots of dining options and convenient stores. Sarah and Felix at the front desk were very helpful, especially Sarah. A bit disappointed with sofa bed and the rent is bit on the high side. For this price, the management should give free pods for the hotel guests.
