The towels were like sandpaper, and small like a tea towel, pillows were disgusting and cheap, mattress sheet was coming out all time, very difficult to sleep, AC only works when u r in the room which made it take an hour to cool down,

Excelente atencion de la parte de todo el personal, desde el checkin hasta el check out, Tanto los chicos del front como los del bar. Muy amables y serviciables. La ubicacion es excelente, por eso siempre vuelvo alli.

Excelte personal, instalaciones baja calidad.

Es la primer reseña, así es que seré totalmente objetivo. El servicio y atención del personal excelente, muy amables. Las instalaciones no son buenas, algunos colchones (si tienes más de dos o tres camas en tu habitación) son pedimos, muy blandos y desgastados se siente muy feo los resortes, la ducha es muy muy pequeña batallas para bañarte, la cabina de ducha máximo mide 1x1 metro. El lugar no es turístico, pero entiendo que para otro tipo de hospedaje puede ser céntrico dentro de Belgrano, yo no tuve opción me hospede por un grupo de gimnasia en competencia, ese fue el hotel que escogieron después que los sedes se llenaron. Si bajarán el precio un 20 a 30% estaría muy bien su relación calidad precio. Pero por lo que pague por noche se que pude llegar a otro mucho mejor en instalaciones. Repito personal muy amable y servicial, la cafetería también muy rico y muy atentos. Solo mejoren las instalaciones o el precio.

Good hotel

Good hotel. Good price. Good location for business not in downtown area but if you need to go, the subway station is a couple of blocks away on Cabildo as well as the buses. A lot of restaurants and shops and stores close to the hotel.

Will almost recommend . Overall a good experience

The hotel was, for us specially, located in a great area. Business, restaurants, public transportation... Excellent We were there on business and the hotel served its purpose The staff is wonderful but the hotel needs ... a facelift. Even for the price, they still could make sure elevator works fine, furniture and furnishings are in better condition.

Todo muy bien limpio, comodo y en una buena zona. Muy buena la recomendacion del estacionamiento que esta a la vuelta del hotel y la gente del buffet fueron super amables y agradables cuando nos atendieron para el desayuno.

I booked this for my trainer and was expecting we can request for a ref since it was indicated in the hotels.com site that a ref will be available in-room upon request. But she was told she cannot. I hope this can be rectified because she will stay in this hotel for the next 27more nights. :(

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado pero le falta mucho

El hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento desde la entrada hasta el último piso el ascensor no tenia informado cuando fue la ultima ves q lo revisaron la habitación las paredes sucias tuvimos que llamar para que nos cambien las sábanas y fundas por q éstas estaban manchadas el desayuno muy pobre la verdad que no se entiende por que no lo cuidan ya que la zona es hermosa no pienso volver.
