Flot lejlighedshotel med god beliggenhed og flotte udsigter fra nærmest alle værelser. Meget komfortable senge og indretning. Kunne godt bruge mere køkkenudstyr - om ikke andet så en kniv udover brødkniv og smøreknive. Rengøringspersonalet og deres attitude var noget af de mest bizarre jeg nogensinde har set. Der tilbydes én rengøring af værelset for et ophold på 2 uger, og hvis tidspunktet, når de kommer, ikke lige passer gæsterne, fortæller de, at man så skal fraskrive sig retten til rengøring helt, hvis ikke man vil have det i netop dette øjeblik. Til gengæld var de gode til at komme forbi og tømme skraldet - så gode, at de kom til at smide en stor pose med vores vasketøj ud, som vi havde placeret på badeværelset sammen med vores badeartikler. Det tog en krig og det meste af vores sidste dag til at få hotellet til blot at indrømme, at det kunne have været deres fejl. Efter 5-6 samtaler med receptionen fik jeg en halvhjertet undskyldning, og efter at have lavet en liste med de forsvunde ting til dem, fik vi endda en kompensation... på ca. 20% af genstandenes værdi.

Comfortable seaview stay in Coste Adeje

Room had basic utensil for a kitchen. One pan and that was it! Food was excellent at Zachary's and staff very friendly. Stayed in block G which got a fair bit of sun, but the other blocks are facing more northerly so limited sun through the day, hence a towel onslaught early morning for the sun beds! All units will get more sun later in the year but G block is the best (secrets out!).

Godt hotell, greit basseng ved familiebassenget. Ingenting og utsette på anlegget enn resturanten. Der er maten langt fra god, men heldigvis kort vei til andre plasser som serverer meget god mat
