The shower head was faulty which was spraying in all directions, and water from the shower room leaks into the toilet floor which floods the toilet floor. Had to put towels to preventing falling in toilet. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Very well equipped room

Room was good. The kitchenette was well equipped with utensils and cutlery for 2 persons. Washer/dryer, oven, stove were all available to use. Room was tidy and all necessary amenities were provided as well. However there is no bath tub available and that is a slight disappointment to the stay.

This is my third time staying at this property. The previous two stay was good. However, on this recent stay, noticed that the water volume from the taps and shower heads are kind of low. The water temperature was either too scorching hot or freezing cold too. The induction stove also get overheated up too soon with the cooking have to be halted and wait for the stove to be cooled before I can boot up the stove again to resume cooking. I guess is time to check for repair or do some maintenances. I hope this feedback get heard and actions can be taken. I really like this property and hope to be back again soon.

Not so good experience on Labour Day

We had a not-so-good stay overall. Plus points were - having a washing machine and dining table in the room, staying near good food places near Haji Lane such as Mrs Pho and Alaturka. We weren’t informed that the bathtub was in the Deluxe room and not Premium and thus was charged more for the Premium though I stayed in Deluxe. Other than that, understandably it is a service suite/apartment but if it is marketed in Hotels.com, there should be a notice stating the below in their page rather than treating it like a hotel: 1) having no housekeeping during more than half our stay during the long weekend 2) because of no. 1, we have to clear our litter and bring it downstairs 3) same as no. 2, we had replies for all our requests a straight no when it came to 1-2 extra bath towels, floor towels, pillows (something i’ve not experienced before in sg) 4) room was musty when we came in likely due to the carpet, but was cleaned up shortly after)
