Everything went smoothly, the room was much what we expected, only missing thing was a third towel set and a bathing gown for our son. Breakfast was good.

Stayed two nights with two kids. Pool area was great. Didn't feel packed. Needed a reservation for dinner at the hotel restaurant, but dinner choices were excellent. Staff were all helpful. Rooms did get a bit warm and we were there when it was slightly cooler out, but windows could open adequately enough to get a breeze. It's a bit remote, which we read in another review so we expected that, but can feel a little isolating. The little town is great.

Be careful where you satnav as the other part of the property is an old peoples home. This place has seen way better days. It looks great online but in reality it is all extremely tired and grubby. The receptoion staff are the only good thing about it. Visit the area as it's beautiful, just don't stay here

another excellent stay.

Another excellent stay at the hotel, the location is quite, plenty of parking available, we had a 5.5 metre van and were able to park it easily and safely. The room was a good sized and an opportunity to take the waters too. Staff friendly. Bagnoles has a number of good Restaurants but they eat early (19.00 to 19:30) booking.

4 days in restful surroundings

Very restful, the hotel is a short walk from the centre of Bagnoles which is perfect after a fine meal. 30 minutes in the pool is a perfect start to the day.

Lovely comfortable room with good facilities, corridors to rooms is very off putting and could be freshened up. Breakfast is not good, poor quality food and coffee is disgustingly awful.

Very modern building, clean and well organised. Spa facilities are an added bonus! Great value for a family stay. We only stayed 1 night as passing through on route to the south so we didn’t get a chance to visit the town as raining so much during our short stay! Breakfast was really nice too. Deffo recommend. Great family room.

Was great. Only downside we got in a little late and went to the restaurant to see the menu and was greeted with we are full and there were open tables. That was ok, we found something around the corner down the street and it was amazing

A very busy property. Parking within the property is possible but rather a long walk from the two parking areas. Rooms are rather tired and in need of decoration. Breakfast buffet selection is very good.

A Lovely stay in a lovely town

We had a lovely stay here. We chose a studio, and, following the reviews, were prepared for the minor drawbacks: the room is not cleaned every day unless you request and pay extra; there are no cleaning materials or washing up liquid supplied; the staff go off at 8pm; there is no bar. That said, the place is spotless, the pool fabulous, the staff helpful and friendly, breakfast and dinner can be purchased on site, the views are lovely, it is peaceful and you can walk or cycle into town. I give it full marks for value - even paying for extras, it’s not expensive.
