Barbecues, a picnic area and free self-parking are available at this smoke-free cabin. WiFi in public areas is free. All cabins are individually decorated and offer furnished patios and ceiling fans. Guests can enjoy fireplaces, and other standard amenities include dining areas, fridges and flat-screen TVs. Housekeeping is not available.
Springmaid Mountain offers 16 air-conditioned accommodations with fireplaces and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to furnished patios. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate dining areas. Flat-screen televisions come with satellite channels.

The person at check in was so warm and friendly! Our cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the views and the horses were an added bonus! If you’re planning a trip I strongly recommend here! Don’t worry about the temperature, the gas fireplace about ran us out (you can turn it on and off). Plan on staying here again!

Great cabin in the woods

This is a great little resort, nestled in the mountains just a few miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. I stayed in a cabin (#122), which was complete with a nice living room, great AC, kitchen, all the amenities you need. There are nice trails around the property and the person I checked in with was very friendly and helpful when it came to which I should do. My only complaint is that the cabin I was in was directly across from a (necessary, I understand) streetlamp and there are no blackout curtains in the room. The last thing I expected when booking a cabin in the woods was a bedroom bathed in light. I jerryrigged a Pendleton blanket I always travel with as a curtain and it was literally night and day. Strongly suggest to the management to add these to the room and it will be perfect.

Amazing place in the mountains.

The cabin was wonderful. Well equipped and very comfortable i and relaxing. We wish we had arranged our trip to stay there longer. A beautiful ride on the Blue Ridge Plwy getting there.
