Poor sleep quality and spaciousness

There was air conditioning but when it was ON, it would make a loud chainsaw-like noise every 30 minutes so we constantly woke up during the night. Eventually had to turn it off and just suffer through the heat. The toilet also made a sewage noise every hour which woke us up during the night. The room was extremely tiny , so it was fine for one night but if someone came with a luggage bag it would not have fit in the room.

In a great location, very convenient for walking around central Toronto. The rooms were spotless, and had everything I needed. Only slight criticism was that the rooms were a little to compact and it was sometimes possible to hear noise from the street. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again.

A modern, clean boutique hotel in the middle of the Queen St strip. Rooms are small, but if you come to Toronto to spend all your time in your room, what are you doing in Toronto? The rooms are intelligently laid out inside, making efficient use of space. The staff are helpful and friendly. Just outside are tons of restaurants, pubs, and shops. The streetcar stops close nearby. The subway is a ten minute walk. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel. To the staff: please install a faster elevator. 😀

Good location. Although the room was small, it was nice and clean, check in staff was friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes walk to Union station where you can take the Upexpress train to Pearson airport.

Small well designed room. Great location

Perfect location. Room is small but well designed. If you know to expect a small room then you will enjoy your stay. If you are planning on staying in your room for any length of time then dont stay here. Good value overall. Nice rooftop bar

Good location in Toronto with easy access to metro etc. We enjoyed the food and cocktails in the bar downstairs. The room was a little stuffy, and no way to open the window. The air handling unit also rattled at night which I found annoying when trying to get to sleep. But the beds were comfy and rooms provided everything we needed for a short stay.

Excellent hotel to stay

The hotel is an ideal place to stay, it's pretty much central to everything, for example only a 5 minute walk to Osgood subway, 15 minute walk to the CN Tower, Rodgers Stadium and Aquirium. The area is very nice which has good variation of shops, restaurants and bars. The staff were excellent and very friendly as they were happy to help, give advice and recommendations, the cleaners were excellent as well. Our room was great, bed was comfy, shower was great, plus you get an iPad for the room to contact the reception, bad recommendations and loads of other things as well! They have a rooftop bar as well so everything is pretty great.

Not very "boutique"

A very creative photographer has taken pictures of the rooms here. The dimensions are noted as the largest are actually smaller because of wardrobes, cut out for the "false" window that gave no light whatsoever. The cleaners need to pay attention to skirting board and floor ares. The bedding was clean though. If it had been a rock bottom bargain price it may have been tolerable. Very disappointing. A "shoebox" is how I would describe it. If you don't like small spaces then do not stay here!

A Great Stay in Toronto

I had a really good stay at The Beverley. The location was perfect for my trip. The only downside was that if you arrive late the elevator is out of service so you will need to climb the stairs with your bags. The staff are all really lovely and very helpful. Small rooms, but I wasn't in Toronto for the hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Nive little hotel

This is a modern hotel with a good vibe. The room was certainly small but fine for us. While we didn't nee to unpack, there was adequate space if we'd needed it.

Great staff, very clean and comfortable

This hotel was very compact but perfectly adequate for one night. I have come to realise that bedrooms without windows are not for me, but if you can cope with that all aspects to this hotel are great. Excellent value, great neighbourhood, and excellent staff. I didn't have time to eat or drink at the bar and roof terrace but it looked great and very popular so I imagine these would be plus points.

The Beverley Hotel

We stayed for 9 nights.Excellent location in Downtown Toronto. Approx 15 mins walk to CN Tower. Room was on the small side but is understandable due to its excellent location, very cheque looking and trendy and very clean & roof top bar was really good. Would definitely stay here again. All staff were very friendly & helpful

A modest hotel

Staff are friendly, but was not happy with two long flights of stairs to the tiny lobby, and no dining facilities ( apparently being renovated). No windows in room, but modern and comfortable.
