great clean apartment.

very clean apartment which is well maintained. You cannot find a review that says it is not clean and that alone is the main selling point. Great view from the balcony overlooking the beach (i stayed in 22-05). Kitchen well equipped and washing facilities (dishwasher, washer/dryer) available and easy to use. The only thing that wasn't that pleasant was the fact the door is locked only with a key. In safe places like surfer's paradise, i think this is still ok, although i would have preferred a place with a key card lock. Overall still great place to stay.

An amazing place to stay! We booked an apartment on the 24th floor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, mall, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist. Everything about this stay was exceptional—couldn’t fault a thing!

We enjoyed our staying. The place was quiet. It was a great view. The feedback i would give is, please fix the doors as they are really noisey and locks broken. Fridge and amentities were up to standards.

Apartment had a great view but could use more attention to cleaning. Microwave and oven were dirty. Under beds had not been cleaned. Dust around all the lights in the bathroom, some mould in the shower. All doors were difficult to lock. Great apartment layout though and the view was incredible. Apartment includes all the mod cons you would require and the full kitchen was handy. Bathrooms were a good size as were the bedrooms. Unfortunate that there were two major construction sites close by which were very noisy early in the morning and through the day, but not the fault of the hotel. May have chosen elsewhere had I known about the close by construction. So it would pay to ask when looking for a place to stay. Staff were lovely and the pool and spa and sauna were wonderful. Very clean shared outdoor areas. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed that one of the toilets in our apartment was broken so we could not use it. Not happy to have paid for two bathrooms but only able to use one. Accomodation was very close to the tram which was wonderful.

Great place to stay. 2 bedroom apartment huge and spacious.A short stroll to the beach and all restaurants in surfers. Kids loved the pool and spa. Great friendly service, quick easy check-in and check-out. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit the Gold Coast

Was a very pleasant stay. We requested a higher floor 26 and they happily obliged. Only thing we could fault was the checking in process outside of their business hours, which should be reviewed to allow future guests a more fluid process instead of relying on a guest to open the doors from the inside

Great location. property is very old and poor maintained. the first thing we did after arrival is to go out to buy rubbish bag. floor is very sticky…room has a strong curry smell which took couple of days to go away. below average other than location.

AMAZING!! As soon as we walked into the apartment it felt like a home. The place was beautifully furnished but the star is definitely views! We had an end apartment on the 19th floor and had spectacular views of the beach & city from every single window in the place, even the bathrooms. The private owners have thought of everything, the kitchen is equipped with enough cutlery and appliances to stay in and cook dinner and to make brekky, and the laundry has everything you need. All you need to do is bring your groceries which is so convenient, especially as we have a 3yr old so lots of food and washing needed on our long stay. It's not so close to Cavill that it's noisy but still close enough to walk. And the beach is just 1 min walk across the road. Tram stop is just on the corner, 1min walk, we hoped on & off to go to Pacific Fair but drove everywhere else. Parking is free, undercover and secured with fob key entry & exit which was great. Playground could do with updating or extra equipment but we ended up walking or driving to other play areas. Not sure what all the other rooms are like but we loved ours, it made our holiday so much more enjoyable, we will definitely stay again and even ask for the same room!

The apartment was spacious, good floor level & great views. My major concern was that smoking was allowed on balconies which we were inflicted with on a regular basis, as I am asthmatic this made our stay uncomfortable. The apartment needs updating, very tired looking.
