Very spacious room, extremely quiet considering the city centre location. The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean and it was a great price, I couldn't ask for more! It was 20 mins drive from the airport and such a fantastic location for exploring Toulouse.

Hotel is clean and quiet, the receptionist was nice, good price for the quality. But there is a huge road repairing at the main avenue which is not that nice at this moment Otherwise, it was a good stay I'd suggest if the hotel can change the lighting at the corridor, it looks like in a hospital than in a hotel In my room, the door of the bathroom has a hole and the shower holder is broken, some renovation would be nice

A little construction work going on in the street should be done soon. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood a short walk away from the tourist areas grocery store across the street and a few restaurants close by. Logan at the front desk was professional and courteous making us feel welcomed.

Helpful staff. Our 2 bedroom was very comfortable for a family of 5. The beds were super super comfortable. The only thing to suggest is that the toilet and the bathroom needed an update. Otherwise, a clean & pleasant stay.

Apartment is very nice. Includes kitchen. Hotels contains of several connected buildings. Public pay parking spots in front of door. Currently (August 24) there is much construction going on in the street. Doesn't look nice but at least was quiet. Walking distance to the center.

Very bad. Hard to find any positives. Will never stay again. Old and ruined property, poor customer service. Only two of the staff were nice, one of them was horrible. Absolutely hated my time there.

Des chambres sans rideaux ou voilage permettant de bénéficier de la lumière du jour. Le frigo en pleine nuit qui se met en route Salle de bain poussière sur le radiateur . Chasse d eau il faut être vigilant pour aider le bouton a se remettre en position. Douche les pieds baignent dans l eau car l écoulement est trop lent , rideau de douche qui colle et qui est trop court. Chauffage bruyant... Et dernier soir dimanche l odeur du repas des voisins dans l appartement. J avais choisi appart hôtel pour l espace , l autonomie, la possibilité de faire son thé son sandwich... Car j avais prévu 4 jours à Toulouse et donc je suis partie le lundi au lieu de mercredi perte financière. J ai aime l hôtel belle luminosité et nettoyage même le dimanche , proche des transports, personnel attentionné , pour la plus part... Merci
