A great option near the beach and Playa del Carmen

This house is a great option if you are traveling to the Yucatán Peninsula with a group larger than a couple. We are a family of four and stayed for a week. The house is spacious for our needs, and it's conveniently located near the beach and other area attractions. We were somewhat concerned that the property only had 4 reviews when we were evaluating our options, but now that we were there we can add to the glowing reviews. Our host was Paola, who is very helpful in ensuring everything runs smoothly. We would stay here again if

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Villa close to the beach. We had the swimming pool to ourselves. We were surrounded by the native jungle with monkeys and singing birds. Very clean, spatious and with very conforfortable beds. Equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and all the appliances, dishes, cuttlery, barbacue grill, etc. You name it this Villa has it All !

We were a family of four for a week in this great accommodation. The accommodation is located in a large, quiet, well-secured residential complex. Within this complex, a 1.6 kilometer long road leads in a circle once around. Next to it is a well-lit sidewalk, which we often used for jogging. Within this circle are other self-contained residential neighborhoods, a beautiful forest with walking paths, tennis courts, basketball courts and soccer fields for all residents. We moved around exclusively on foot and with the four bicycles provided. Shopping, vegetable market and the public beach, restaurants are within 10 - 15 minutes by bike. (A restaurant, café and mini-market at the main entrance even within 5 min). At the present complex we appreciated the large swimming pool, which we had mostly to ourselves. The house is top notch - very large, well appointed with two outdoor seating areas downstairs in the garden and all the way up on the beautiful roof deck. From there we loved to watch the stars, the birdlife and sunset over the rainforest. We would especially like to mention the hostess Paola. She took care of every wish, was always there for us and communication was exemplary. We would check in here again anytime and highly recommend this place.
