Hello Laura Thank you for your review. In response to the fees for the damage. The fees that were charged were what my landscaper charged that did not go to me but their fees to repair the damage. I do not charge above and beyond what my lawn care team charges which an invoice accompanied the fee. The repair consisted of lawn seed, dirt and hay. To repair the lawn from the tire tracks. The exterior garage camera showed how the lawn was damaged and was driven on (not from your suggestion - a wheelchair which is absurd). The damage were very intensive. The report regarding the light was no where near what was reported it knocked out all of the lights for the driveway. The instructions for the house states to be careful driving onto the main road because it is a busy street and it is suggested to turn around in the driveway for easy access. You checked in June 30 - July 5 which is very hot which means the lawn will need to be watered to replenish the grass from the hot sun (to keep a nice healthy green lawn). I believe every homeowner is particular regarding maintaining/ look of his/her home so the value of the community would not decrease. I too would value the ability to send video/photos of the damage that was done to the lawn and lights to eliminate guest stating egregious remarks .

Hello Yvette, My apologies if you felt harassed and I have read your comments and would like to respond. I texted you prior to your arrival to see if you had any questions and to ensure you had all of your check-in information and/or to see if you need anything prior to your arrival. I also sent you the guide book for you to review prior to checking in. When Guest checks in to my property I text to ensure he/she doesn't have any questions and to remind him/her review the handbook with guidelines along with restaurant , grocery store, hospital and other important information on the counter because I do not know if he/she read(s) the guidelines prior to booking. TO ensure the guest and I are on the same page Once the guest confirm he/she read (s) the guidelines I do not contact the guest unless my exterior security cameras alert of a something. from the settings. The cameras are for your security as well as my security. There were NUMEROUS SMOKING VIOLATIONS WHICH was caught on the exterior cameras resulted in me contacting to offer a friendly reminder (ONCE) to say as a reminder there is NO smoking on the premies. The previous contact were due you to a question regarding the house and I responded. Other than that I did not contact you and we can share screenshots. I don't like contacting my guest during his/her stay unless violations are being done on the property. My neighbor alerted me to noise because they were disturbed. So I sent a friendly reminder no noise after 11 pm. I'm not there so I value my neighbor alerting me. A friendly reminder NO SMOKING in which you responded,"WE did not have any noise, we weren't even here until late and we want to bed and once again, OKAY ON THE THE SMOKING!!!!" Which was the last text message from me until my check-out reminder text in which you text you already left and I did not know (hence NO Alert from cameras regarding a violation in setting so I did not know you had already checked out of the home). NUMEROUS times your guest violated the NO SMOKING policy and I said I am allergic to smoking. As far as the rules they were sent to you prior to your arrival because this site you only have 150 character to insert house guidelines so nothing is different than when someone reserves. I value over communicating with my guest prior to arrival and a few hours into the reservation to ensure everything in the house is in order and leave the guest to enjoy the home. I do not harass or text my guest if NO VIOLATIONS are not alerted. I always welcome my guest and I do my best to go above and beyond while I do my best NOT anyone unless I receive an alert. I do not have any issues from previous guest. SEE OTHER Site for 5 STAR ratings from EACH GUEST. SMOKING was being done on my property which resulted in numerous text messages to this guest - I DID NOT CHARGE for the numerous VIOLATIONS because I was trying to be understanding although the RULE was VIOLATED SEVERAL TIMES. You even stated you don't allow smoking in your home when you text of the confirmation of guidelines so I do not understand. The 2 rating was/is because this guest VIOLATED my NO smoking rule for my property. Yes I did send several text messages reminders NOT to smoke on the property. If smoking was not being done on the property text messages would not have been sent. I should have waited when you checked out and sent an extra fee charge for the violations. I did my best to avoid extra charges.
