Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location was good. It felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there were good restaurants nearby. The property is old, and it shows. The bedding was old and needed to be updated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect place for business/fun/vacation

It was an ideal place to stay. The staff at the front were wonderful to work with. Elvis was kind enough to help me with my luggage. Breakfast was great too. lots of options that change everyday. It was an ideal location with everything walking distance. Supermarket around the corner, Mall was a ten minute walk ( mostly because it was a huge hill). Too cold to go in the pool, but it looked dreamy. I loved the steam room! Perfect way to distress after work. The view from the 22nd floor was everything.

O hotel está passando por uma reforma e, durante o dia, há bastante barulho das obras e presença de poeira. No período da minha hospedagem, um dos elevadores sociais também estava em manutenção. Apesar disso, todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Como fiquei fora do hotel durante o dia, acabei tendo uma boa experiência geral. O quarto é bastante amplo, no estilo apart-hotel, e o chuveiro tem ótimo fluxo de água. O restaurante merece destaque pelo serviço extremamente rápido, praticamente como um fast food. Fiz pedidos no período da noite durante três dias e, em média, a comida chegou ao quarto em cerca de 6 minutos.
