This was my second time staying four nights at the Transamerica Lourdes, and o was not disappointed that I went back. Great, central location, accommodating staff, look-forward-to-every-morning breakfast. Choose one of the newly renovated rooms, it’s more than worth the price difference, you won’t be disappointed.

Great reception and housekeeping personnel. Nice classic hotel with good size two-room suites in a very nice neighborhood of Belo Horizonte. Short walk to beautiful Diamond Mall.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful included breakfast. Was given a kitchenette suite on the top floor that was very nice. Within walking distance of the central market and dozens of dining options. Definitely would stay there again.

excellent cleaning service daily. helpful and friendly front desk 24/7. delicious breakfast is included. walk distance to the gorgeous Diamond Mall, Super Nosso supermarket, Araujo drugstore. all suites on the 5th floor are spacious and clean.

An older property, but the price point was good.

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location was good. It felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there were good restaurants nearby. The property is old, and it shows. The bedding was old and needed to be updated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect place for business/fun/vacation

It was an ideal place to stay. The staff at the front were wonderful to work with. Elvis was kind enough to help me with my luggage. Breakfast was great too. lots of options that change everyday. It was an ideal location with everything walking distance. Supermarket around the corner, Mall was a ten minute walk ( mostly because it was a huge hill). Too cold to go in the pool, but it looked dreamy. I loved the steam room! Perfect way to distress after work. The view from the 22nd floor was everything.

The hotel wasn’t clean , one of the bathrooms had a used soap in the shower because they didn’t clean properly, I even made a video of the dirty water that was coming out of the sink…no luxury at all

A internet do hotel está pessima. A comunicação não foi tão boa, quando cheguei solicitei ao rapaz um ferro de passar, ele disse que buscaria…. No dia seguinte, quando precisei do ferro, e interfonei a recepção, fui comunicada que o ferro fica disponível no subsolo em uma área de passar. Ou seja: as informações são desconexas. E a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Só fizeram no sábado, no domingo não, e na segunda 12:01 no horário do check out um rapaz entrou no quarto para contar o frigobar, chegou já abrindo a porta DE FORMA MUITO INCONVENIENTE. Tipo: mandando embora. Mesmo rapaz que deu a informação errada do ferro por sinal.

Tive a sorte de receber um quarto reformado, tudo novo e bonito. Os problemas anteriores como muito barulho no quarto e móveis muito antigos e degradados acabou. Agora somente o Wi-Fi que não funcionou nenhum momento.

Hotel bem localizado, proximo ao Terminal Conexão Aeroporto, restaurantes, farmácias bares e restaurantes. Meu check in foi rapido e prático. Meu quarto do jeito que eu gosto, andar alto, boa cama e ducha.O quarto é amplo, dividido entre, sala, cozinha e o quarto. Tinha frigo bar, TV LCD na sala e no quarto, micro-ondas, fogão, artigos de cozinha, o shampoo, condicionador e sabonete liquido com um cheiro delicioso, roupa de cama e tolhas bem cheirosas e o melhor, vista livre para a cidade. Tem sauna, academia e piscina. O café da manhã é muito bom, com muitos itens e um pessoal bem atencioso.O que eu reparei em todos os dias, foi a preocupação com a qualidade dos alimentos, a nutricionista sempre medindo a temperatura e recolhendo amostras dos alimentos. O restaurante do hotel funciona no horário do almoço e jantar e tem um espaço para pets. O atendimento de todos foi excelente. Adorei ficar hospedado neste hotel, gostei da arquitetura, da decoração e localização.
