Olha o condomínio é exelente minha sorte foi que os porteiros são bem pro ativo em ajudar, pois ate a hora em que tinhamos chego de madrugada nao tinha nenhuma informação particular do imóvel ( ap, bloco e ate a senha da porta) com isso fazendo a gente ficar 1 hora ate conseguir descobrir de quem era o Ap e sermos atendidos. Em relacao a limpeza baixa, a casa precisa de manutencao simples , tinha lampada queimada na area gourmet, as tvs funcionou só 1 no quarto, o restante nao funcionava, a hidro nao aquecia . Apartamento em si super equipado pensando em todos os detalhes do hospedes , cama limpa e confortável
