We had a lovely stay at this aparthotel. It’s in a great location and feels safe. The bathroom has a slight smell as it probably needs better ventilation and it was noisy in the mornings by workmen but apart from that - it was great!

Great Location

It's a good location, close to the Metro and Grand Ave. There are several Chinese restaurants/supermarkets close by. Also, Carrefour, we will repurchase groceries at home for the last few days and cook. Quiet and clean place!

Madrid Stay

Location was excellent. Easy checkin; spacious room. I wish someone will come by and refill coffee capsules or provide new towels. However, the room was clean and location is priceless. The metro is nearby and AC worked fine.

Cozy attic apartment with well-equipped kitchen and excellent location. But unfortunately it was very dusty, the trashcan in the bathroom was not emptied when we arrived and even with the window open it smelled very strongly of drain, especially in the morning.

Excellent location

Excellent convenient location- 3 minutes walk to metro Plaza de Espana; 5 minutes walk to the biggest Zara in Spain. Walking distance to the Royal Palace of Madrid, Temple of Debod & many more, few good restaurants & Chinese stores nearby. There’re few rental car companies locate underground of Plaza de Espana if you’re fancy a day trip outside Madrid. Despite its location, the apartment itself is in a quiet street, & is relatively good maintained & well equipped. (No room service during the stay).

The property was exactly like in the pictures very spacious and clean. The area is quite and nice. The only problem we faced was when we arrived no one was there to help us and we had to manage ourselves. The contact number was not even Spanish se we struggled a lot however after that everything was fine. I would definitely comeback now that I know the property is nice and it’s close to the city.

Very difficult check in. For anyone booking this hotel, monitor your email frequently and watch for any emails. You have to check in online 24 hours ahead of check in time. There are not staff at this location. It’s all electronic. We would stay again now that we understand the process but a definite learning curve.

Like the location. There is no service and can't talk to anybody for help. Can't get the dryer to work and can't get additional towel. Therefore we have to use the same towel for 14 days. If you just stay for a few days, that is fine but not for longer.

El apartamento estaba limpio, muy bien iluminado, bien equipado y con todo prácticamente nuevo o en buen estado (sólo echamos de menos un escurreplatos, porque tenía lavadora, plancha,...) y, además estaba muy céntrico y bastante cerca de la parada del metro. Me pareció caro, pero supongo que es debido a que está en pleno centro y que yo vengo de Canarias.
