Beautiful view. It was clean and spacious. They should install aircon or better fans, its very hot. The built-in cupboards and units need an upgrade. Apart from that it was lovely.

It was a good getaway. However a bit noisy. Every move upstairs was heard. This went on right after 11 in the night. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

Lovely resort

From check in to checkout, it was very good. I loved how they thought of everything to make guests as enjoyable as possible. I especially loved their complimentary herb garden, with a huge variety of herbs, fruit & veg. There was free Wifi throughout the resort, complimentary tea/coffee stations in the public areas as well. Lots to do for the kids. Overall we had an excellent stay.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay

We had a very pleasant experience at Costa Smeralda. The check in was painless as the keys were left in the safe for us to collect due to us arriving on a Sunday. The room was clean and although the sliding door was damaged on arrival this was repaired on the same day without us having even made a complaint. The staff were curteous and ensured the apartment was kept clean. We stayed in unit 13 which had a great sea view and the apartments had safe undercover parking. All in all we had a very relaxing stay in Margate at a very affordable price and will definitely return in the future. Thanks.
