The balcony was a brilliant addition. Fantastic restaurant with great set lunch menu just down the road. Town centre and Umbrella Street 30 minutes walk. Close to local shops and Lidl.

Decent stay with some small issu

The apartment was clean and in a convenient location, but a few details could be improved. The space felt a little clinical and there was no guide for how to use the appliances or what amenities were included. Some small maintenance issues (curtains coming loose in the bedroom, a light fitting not secured properly, and a broken blind in the kitchen) made the stay less smooth. Check-in instructions were a bit confusing as the apartment was listed as ground floor but was actually on the top floor. Checkout instructions also felt a little strict, with repeated reminders about late fees and being asked to strip the bed before leaving. Overall, not a bad stay, but clearer communication and some attention to the little details would make it much better.

Foarte murdar, lenjeriile de pat cu par pe ele , fețele toate de perne rupte , dusul murdar , bucataria la fel ...Dezamagitor ! Am ramas deoarece eram foarte obositi dupa un drum direct din Italia cu copii in masina şi ora foarte tarziie dar altfel ...nici gand ! Pacat de apartament , este ca in poze , dar foarte murdar. Am poze facute dar nu î-mi da posibilitatea de a le posta .

Communication: I emailed 24h before arrival to ask that the sofa bed please be made and I never got a reply. 6 hours before arrival I haven't received check in details so I contacted them in WhatsApp and there is where I finally received check- in details The sofa bed hadn't been made and there was still rubbish in the kitchen and bathroom from previous guests, the duvets didn't have a cover and were dirty. The freezer was also dirty. The balcony wasn't clean either. I appreciate it that when we mentioned the rubbish and asked for help making the sofa bed they sent someone immediately. The property is a short Uber into the city.
