Great place to stay! Checking in was easy. My family and I felt very safe and loved the feeling of staying at a modern clean apartment with the ability to cook our own meals.

Very nice and cozy apartments with beautiful decor. Makes you forget you’re at the bottom of the low end on the north side of Minneapolis lol but overall excellent property!!👍👍 will be returning soon.

This property was truly a home away from home. Heck, I could actually live there. The exercise facility was great. I only wish that there was parking within the building, but that was not a deal breaker. I would recommend this property 100 times over.

The apt was very nice, but hard to find (no sign), locked main door, and quite confusing for us non-hip. We were lucky the kind apt manager was helpful. Would not stay there again because of the hassle we had to find the place (at night) and the confusion when we got there.

Area around the building is not great, check in process is not easy, television did not work for a day until they sent out a technician, A/C blower could not be shut off.

this allowed our family a nice place to stay that was nearby all of the activities and places we visited over the long weekend. new. clean. easy inside parking. all amenities as listed and fully stocked as a hotel would be. will stay again.

Lovely stay at Kasa Bryn Mawr. It's in a residential area, which worked for us, but be advised that you might want a car to get around. Check-in was easy thanks to the email instructions Kasa sent us. The apartment had that "new building" smell and everything was fresh and clean! Five stars!

Well equipped comfortable apartment. Convoluted check in process, multiple codes (building door, elevator code, apartment entry, garage door opener, etc). They were unable to provide a missing bedding item despite multiple communications throughout the day of checking in and into that evening. They texted many misleading responses reassuring it would be provided and by bedtime one of the beds was still not provided with sheets. They finally offered a change of room nearly 1 o’clock in the morning. We opted to just wait till the following day to get sheets from them rather than moving. Clearly they have no staff soon after the check-in hour to address any on-site issues as simple as providing missing sheets.

I like most of what the property offers. However, I feel as though guest staying for 5 or more days should receive a garage space. The complex should also throw salt down during icy situations.

Overall the hotel is exactly what everyone else has said it’s been, I thought the area/neighborhood would be sketchy but I didn’t have any issues around the area. The hotel seems to be half apartments and half hotels so everything was well kept and the gym was actually pretty nice. Tons of pots and pans and silverware in the cabinets which helped cause I made steaks one night while I was there for my Girlfriend. This is a really nice place if you want a mini apartment for a few days it’s cheap and everything about it was nice

This place is a gem. Make your stay the best

This place is incredible. The space was great. Decorated modern minimally, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals, laundry in the bedroom closet, a big comfortable kings size bed, etc. I could go on and on. The gym was great. The common shared spaces on the top floor were incredible with views of downtown mpls. It felt like I was there alone as I never really saw anyone else. I lover’s having this one bedroom apt for a few days. I used to live only 2 blocks away from here. I watched this place being built. The area is up and coming and so close to downtown. If I had to say one thing marginal about my stay, it would be that I dumped the ice when I got there and in 3 days the ice maker had made maybe 30 cubes of ice. I couldn’t figure out was was wrong. However I did use the virtual help online and they got back to me right away. They were helpful with suggestions but I didn't fuss with it. Check-in, assistance, check out was so flawless and easy… all virtual.

Instructions for access and elevator were incomplete......room entry not explained.....TV did not work......layout was terrible (had to walk from one end of the unit, the bedroom, all the way to the front door to use bathroom)......no instructions how to operate thermostat..... parking was inconvenient ......no grocery or restaurants in the area except one breakfast walkup......no onsite maintenance to spread salt on icy walkways

Very nice room, very clean, very comfortable. Kasa team is available to help 24/7. Would definitely recommend. I do think the security deposit should be more clearly indicated when you are looking at the price; most hotels do not ask for a deposit. Also, the facial recognition part of reserving a room is pretty creepy and seems unnecessary. At that point you already have my deposit, my debit card info, and a photo of my driver's license. I get that you are going for security, but it felt a little invasive to have my face scanned for a couple nights of renting a room. Just my two cents. But overall, the room was great and the service was helpful. I hope to be back!! Highly recommend.

Save your time and skip Kasa

We chose this property because it was cheaper than another hotel and looked nicer. Sadly we ended up spending almost double due to vague parking directions listed in tiny print on the last page of the check in information. It is not marked on the parking pass or garage door opener either. The parking spots for Kasa are not clearly marked and in an unlit (motion sensor activated) section of the garage. This section looks more like it is for the building’s maintenance staff not guests. The building reeks of weed and you could get a contact high just riding in the elevator. We found someone else’s sock under the bed and the slats of the bed frame weren’t even screwed in and shifted anytime you got in or out of the bed. Saving a few dollars could hit you with a towing fee and an unpleasant stay overalll.
