We really enjoyed our stay overall. The property was exactly as described and matched the pictures, which was great to see. It was also conveniently located close to Provenza, which was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the restaurants and nightlife. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The only disappointment was that the pool heater was broken. We were traveling with a child, so having access to a heated pool was one of the main reasons we booked this property. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy that amenity as expected. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, and we had a pleasant stay. We’d definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay. The views from our wrap around 2bedroom unit balcony was unbeatable. Most ideal location in Medellin. Walk to cafes, restaurant or just a stroll in the evening. Also enjoyed their rooftop pool. Will highly recommend.

Perfect location close to Poblado. The workers were really nice and attentive. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was really noisy. The gym was close and you can hear everything since 5 am. The bed was not a king size bed as stated. Room needs a little more utensils. We had a problem with the sink but was resolved. In general the staff is really nice. The rooms are not sound proof
