Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Guests are advised to check local road conditions/closures before travel with the California Department of Transportation at www.dot.ca.gov or by calling 800-427-7623.

Honestly, won't be staying here again. The place is cute and a little dated, but that's honestly not my main concerns. It's primarily the attitude of the hosts/management - let me give you a few examples "check in is 4pm or whenever the unit is cleaned" - just do what it takes to clean it on time, and guarantee your guests a place to stay when they arrive from a long journey. "no shampoo, conditioner, or soap due to a CA bill that prohibits using single use plastics" - every other hospitality business just switched to wall dispensers in order to avoid having their customers bring soap with them to wash their hands. This is just pure laziness "Specific units may be requested but cannot be guaranteed" - loved this one when I chose a room with two beds but ended up getting one bed and a sofa bed. Kinda crazy that its just a pure gamble I'm just not a fan of giving my money to people who run a business like this, and I hope others aren't either.

This was a condo to remember. Outstanding! Designed and decorated to perfection. Extremely quiet, away from main roads, in the trees, mountain view. We chose to drive, but would have been very walkable to the Village.

Nice property. Pretty spacious for a 2 bedroom. However Hand soap provided as dish soap and was completely watered down. Hand soap in both restrooms same thing- just water. Extra towels would have been nice as well. But, outside of those little things, we loved staying here!

Garage parking when it snowed 12 inches was so appreciated! Unit was super clean and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. More comfortable mattresses would be my only suggestion. Layout was perfect for our family of 5. Took us a bit to realize all heat came from the fireplace which ended up being perfect and great ambiance. Check in/out was easy and onsite management was always available and helpful. Great location to ski out of Canyon Lodge!

My family didn’t like going up three flights of stairs every time. We had a 79 year old with us. She had to climb. It’s not handicapped or disabled friendly at all. Our view was the back of a garage. Not good at all

-Couches old and feel kinda dirty. Should be replaced -sink fixture is completely loose. Needs to be fixed -loose screws on fireplace mantle -no AC -window screen in main bedroom missing -pool was dirty -spa room chemical smell very strong would make you sick

We have stayed at this complex a few times over the years and always had a great experience, except for 1-1-5. This unit is old, tattered, dirty and they need to spray for bugs. The toilet, lights and shower weren’t working. You sleep in the basement, which is really a cold dark cave with beds that bow in the middle. There is a popcorn ceiling that is falling apart (?asbestos). The chair cushions had food on them and buttons falling off. There was really no clean surface for my kids to sit or play. I took pictures but can’t post them; it needs to be remodeled and cleaned. Thankfully, the guy at the front desk was very nice and apologetic; he contacted Expedia so we could get our money back. Expedia made me jump through some hoops and initially low balled me on the refund but we eventually worked it out.

Condo was spacious and catered to our needs. It’s clean and in gear working condition. The only thing that was a worry was the sliding door to the balcony would not latch. The room was high enough for us to worry but would have been a safety issue. Otherwise, love the accommodation and the place itself. The proximity to the slope was also a big plus for us. It’s way too convenient. An awesome stay I should say.

This property was well equipped. Games for the family, napkins in the kitchen. If you are staying here bring some dvds! Clean, nice, hot tub very close by. Only negative was that the beds were extremely hard.
