We really liked the location, not even 5 mins by walk from the beach. The hotel is clean and out room has it's own small kitchen, fridge and outside sitting. Parking for free. Very satisfied

A disappointing stay

We arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. We requested a room change and she assisted. Unfortunately the room had a foul/damp smell. This smell also came through when we turned the air-conditioner on. So we had to turn the air-conditioner off which made the room quite hot. Just before bed I went to the bathroom, switch on the light and was shocked to see cockroaches. I counted five small ones. We decided to pack up and leave the hotel immediately. We managed to get a room at another 3 star hotel down the road. The next day we went back to the hotel to inform them of this. They were understanding, apologized, but in the end only one night was agreed to be refunded to us between Expedia and the hotel even though we didn't spend any night there. We are still waiting on this refund.

Bonne expérience. Les prestations sont de qualité ! L’environnement de la chambre au rdc et de la piscine en bord de parking est un peu dommage. Bruyant parfois.

Idéalement placé près de la plage et des commerces, petit hotel avec piscine avec un personnel tres agréable et réactif. Logement propre et ménage tous les jours. On reviendra avec plaisir !

Hôtel très pratique pour une famille de 4 personnes. Notre chambre était un mini appartement, la chambre climatisée en haut avec une petite terrasse et la partie "salon" climatisée avec kitchenette sur balcon. Hôtel à proximité de commerces et d'un supermarché auxquels on accède à pied et de la plage accessible à pied. Accueil professionnel et chaleureux :les hôtesses sont souriantes et prévenantes. Les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés dans la piscine. Je recommande pour les familles.

Le duplex était très propre et idéalement conçu pour 4 personnes. Nous y avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et l’emplacement à deux pas de la plage, est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Le personnel d'accueil a été exemplaire aussi bien pour sa disponibilité que sa courtoisie et sa bonne humeur. Il en a été de même pour le service du petit-déjeuner et pour les personnes en charge de l'entretien général. Le séjour a été très agréable. La situation près de la plage de l'Hermitage est un atout certain. Je ne vois absolument rien de négatif. Le petit-déjeuner est très correcte avec des fruits locaux délicieux un assortiment de viennoiseries convenable et tout cela pour un prix très raisonnable.

Emplacement idéal proche du centre de la plage. Bon séjour dans ce lieu,literie confortable,mais les chambres sont peu insonorisés. Cuisine peu équipée et difficile de manger sous cette chaleur (même avec le ventilateur) pour moi, il faudrait fermer, pour plus de confort. Piscine sympa, mais pas beaucoup de transats c’est rapidement plein. Personnel très accueillant, dommage de facturer un jeu de serviette pour les longs séjours.

Parking sécurisé et très bon accueil. Le duplex était propre, la climatisation était fonctionnelle. Le seul inconvénient, la télé n'est pas connectée au WIFI, donc pas d'accès à Netflix ou autre, uniquement les chaines du câble proposées par l'hôtel.

Concernant la chambre nous avons été satisfait de la climatisation,de l’organisation de la chambre et de ce qui y est proposé, petit bémol au niveau de la propreté, derrière notre lavabo de la salle de douche il y avait pas mal de poussière et un cafard mort. Pour le reste de la chambre la propreté était nickel. le parking était très bien, la température de la piscine était parfaite, certains endroit d’assise dans la piscine sont un peu rugueuse et accrochent aux maillots de bain mais sa reste une gêne minime. Le petit déjeuné était copieux, petit bémol à 9h il n’y avait plu de pain.

Chambre impeccable, cadre magnifique, le personnel aux petits soins. Le standing est vraiment élevé. C’est toujours un vrai plaisir de revenir ici. C’est une valeur sûre, n’hésitez surtout pas.
