Our host was amazing, he allowed early check in, gave us fantastic recommendations and was super nice all around. We loved the location and we will definitely be back. The beach and surrounding areas are really nice. People are friendly. I recommend bringing your own ice and water, because they don't sell/provide any at the property, but other than that, it's amazing for a low key getaway. Thank you SO much!

Awesome location and excellent host

Great location and communication with host. Very comfortable room. With kitchenette. Close to all sightseeing. Could use a few more towels but rest of amenities were excellent

The property was clean! It was so close to Seven Seas Beach. We didn’t get a rental car. There was a nice restaurant on the beach and one next door. We walked to Las Vista Cafe
 amazing! Ubers were available. The place has sunscreen and bug spray which was great. Only had a mini fridge.

Home away from children.

The shower curtain rod dropped down on my first night. It so happened I improvised. To make the story short, it was not fixed during my 4th night stayed. The property manager was very apologetic. I hope next time I come it will be fixed. Beside this one incident, I LOVED this place very much. Very quite and secure. Very private.

The location was perfect! The beach is literally across the street, with another just down the road. They are all great beaches. The property is a little dated, but provided beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and a small beach bag. The matress is firm and pillows were not the best, but it was clean and tidy. You have everything you need. If you're big on vanity or luxury, this isn't the place for you. The nearest store is about half a mile up the road, but doesn't have a huge selection of things, just some necessities. I would suggest buying food /drink items before you arrive. Walmart and a supermarket are about 10 minutes away. There is a small cooktop and mini fridge available at the property. There are two local restaurants, one 2 minutes up the road (Laguna) and one right next door(Costa Mia) that I suggest. The food at both locations was amazing. Vistas is about one mile away for Breakfast/Brunch. You will need reservations. Icacos Beach water taxi is just done the road from that restaurant and is a must to visit! Uber isn't readily available in this area, so be prepared to walk or wait 20 minutes for one.

This place is EXCELLENT. You are right across from two beautiful beaches. You are right next to a local restaurant with excellent fresh seafood. You are within walking distance of the bioluminiscente lagoon, a mangrove forest, and a bio preserve. There are lots of water activities nearby. Grocery store is a few miles away. You would need to drive but you would also need to drive to get to this location. Cristobal the property manager was excellent. He was exceedingly helpful and friendly. He knows so much about the area. My mom and I stayed here and felt the pictures did not do it justice. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Lots of pillows. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Large TV for streaming. Internet was pretty good. The shower doesn’t get very warm but it doesn’t really matter because Puerto Rico was hot every day. Good air conditioning. The kitchen has a stove, fridge (small ice box inside) microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking items like pots and silverware. Bathroom had bath towels. Once the restaurant closes at night it’s pretty quiet. Maybe around 10:00PM. We walked around as two women and no one bothered us. This is a beautiful quiet location. This is not a nightlife/party location. I’d highly recommend staying here. I want to go back!

Great location
just across the street from the beach where we went kayaking and snorkeling, next to sea food restaurant which was pretty good, did the Cabezas de San Juan tour which was interesting and at walking distance
a whole lot of restaurants and places to go nearby..thats what we loved most. The studio was clean, and spacious enough for us two..very practical. Good kitchen and appliances. Great for early breakfast before hitting the beach/road. Very peaceful.

We enjoyed the simple, clean environment. We had everything we needed and did some cooking in the mornings but also loved Costa Mia which was the restaurant right next door. The location was perfect for access to the beach. The only thing we had an issue with was running out of a few supplies like toilet paper and garbage bags. But easy to fix, just needed a little more stock at the beginning of our stay. They did bring us more as well. Overall, we loved it and would recommend it to others!

They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.

Couple days in Fajardo

Everything went really smooth and problem free. Great communication from the management. We communicated through WhatsApp and any of my questions were answered within minutes. Location is great: 1-2 minutes walk to Seven Seas beach and right next to Costa Mia restaurant with really good fish tacos Of course, close to El Yunque and trip to Icacos

We had a great stay at the studios. The communication was excellent! We were across from the beach and was even able to walk to a few trails. The only thing we would have liked is for the studio to have a coach and a table. There were only two plastic chairs to sit on so we had to sit in the bed to watch tv or just hang out. Other than that everything was great. We look forward to renting from them again!

The property was located in rhe perfect spot! Walk to food and beach! Cristobal, the person i was in contact with at the property was incredibly accomadating, friendly and answered all my question quickly! I will definitely stay again
