Great place to stay in Sevilla--definitely more of an apartment that a hotel, but would highly recommend it. I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Sevilla. The service is excellent, rooms are clean and well appointed, and quite spacious. The property is also well located and within walking distance to many of the places we had planned to visit.

The property manager, Jose and other staff members went out of their way to provide an excellent service. Nothing was too difficult for them. Great location close to restaurants and shops. Would love to stay there again if we go to Seville.

Aguilas5 Sevilla Suites far exceeded our expectations. Even though we made a mistake on our reservation and arrived 2 days ahead, the hotel was able to accommodate us, which we greatly appreciated. A few days later, we asked to move to a higher floor, and they accommodated us also. We loved both of the quiet, beautiful condos, and appreciated even more the ideal location, close to restaurants, grocery store, laundry, and sightseeing.

Jose was very very nice and friendly but spoke very fast. Just needs to slow his speech as I had to hard time understanding everything he said due to his accent.

The staff, particularly Jose who we dealt with most often provided numerous recommendations that were all spot on. Dining, entertainment, etc. He procured reasonablly priced tickets for a Flamenco show within walking distance from the property. He went so far as to speak with a cab driver before my wife and daughter who had ventured out on their own got in and reassured her that she was in good hands.

I travelled with family (wife plus two teens) and we had an excellent time. The property has an excellent location, next to the Alfalfa Sq.,we really loved the authenticity and overall atmosphere of that area. Main attractions are at walking distance. A former palace, the property feels very especial, and is super clean and well maintained. The apartment we stayed was very comfortable. Manager Jose and his staff really made all efforts to make us happy. Overall, great experience, highly recommended

Perfect location!

My wife and I had a fabulous stay at Aguila 5. Jose, and the rest of the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. Extremely prompt, helpful, and informative. The entire property is spotless and very well appointed. The perfect combination of modern conveniences and old world charm. Less than a 5 minute walk to many shops and restaurants. Less than 20 minute walk to all of the major sites. As Americans traveling abroad, we found Seville to be a very warm and inviting city. I highly recommend this establishment!

Straight off the bat - the customer service provided by Jose and German is above and beyond 5 stars. They made us felt so welcome and were very helpful, especially in securing a medical device that broke down on us when we were there. Thank you so much for your dedication to us and the good communication throughout. The property itself was great. We've enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again if we return to Seville, and will definitely recommend Aguilas5 SevillaSuites to our friends and families. =)
