Perfectly fine for a place to sleep - clean, good wifi, convenient location, great AC. The only issue was that it was a bit loud from street noise in my room. The room itself was extremely small, but for the price it was overall a great stay.

Misleading. Everything has an extra cost.

I've stayed at Smart Apês several times last couples years. Never had a complaint. This time they do not offered cookware or blow dryer in the room. They advertise the room with kitchen, but, if you need to use the kitchen you need to rent the cookware, which is not o ly inconvient, but also false advertising. They also stop accepting you luggage ahead before your check-in or hold it after the check-out. There a vending machine for that and it's also paid separately. This time I've paid more for the room and got a bitter taste of been mislead.

My initial check-in went smoothly. When I tried to extend my reservation due to flight changes, the guy at the front desk was kind of an a-hole, I ended up just rebooking it online because there was abundant availability, and it was easier than dealing with someone who had no interest in helping me as the customer or the business he works for. Good location, nice air conditioning. There is no room service as there is with typical hotels so if you are staying more than 2-3 days, you will need to ask for additional toiletries and towels if needed. There are some cheap construction materials used in what appeared to be a refurbishing effort that were flimsy, and quite literally falling off the wall. On the upside, it was very convenient having a key code for the door rather than card access.

O quarto era super espaçoso, sofá cama bem confortável. O banheiro bem amplo, chuveiro com boa pressão e água quentinha. Caso queira utilizar panelas eles são alugados e só paga depois das 24h . Há um mini mercado na recepção, com cafeteira expresso e bebidas alcoólicas e não alcoólicas na Recepção. Também há bastante tempo armários para guardar a mala com preço bem acessível. A hospedagem fica ao lado da estação de metrô Paulista pernambucanas. Ao redor tem muitos comércios para lanches, comidas e petiscos. A avenida Paulista fica uns 2min de caminhada, só atravessar a rua e já chega.

Excelente localização, instalações confortáveis. O lado desagradável é que existem dois elevadores, sendo que um deles está em manuten̈ção já há algum tempo e o único disponíve acaba ficando sobrecarregado com o tráfego de hóspedes e funcionários.

Minha experiência no Apê Metro Paulista foi bastante positiva, principalmente pela praticidade e pela localização estratégica em São Paulo. O grande destaque é a localização, muito próxima de estações de metrô e com fácil acesso à Avenida Paulista e outras regiões importantes da cidade. Isso facilita bastante a vida de quem está em viagem a trabalho ou turismo e precisa se deslocar com rapidez. A acomodação segue um estilo mais de apartamento, com proposta funcional. O espaço é simples, mas atende bem, com itens básicos para uma estadia confortável. Para mim, funcionou bem para dormir e se organizar durante a viagem, especialmente por ser um ponto bem central. Por outro lado, não é uma hospedagem com estrutura de hotel tradicional. Não há muitos serviços adicionais, o que pode fazer falta para quem espera mais comodidade ou atendimento mais completo. No geral, eu recomendo para quem busca praticidade, localização e autonomia em São Paulo, especialmente em estadias curtas ou viagens em que o foco é estar bem localizado na cidade.

Cuidado com os apartamentos que ficam com a vista para Rua Consolação, os banheiros nao possuem proteção nos vidros e a noite é 100% visível de fora. Reclamei na recepção que reconheceu o problema mas nao podia fazer nada. Passei minha hospedagem tomando. Banho no escuro, para evitar ser visto pelos prédios que ficam em frente.
