The property is well maintained. The area is intercostal living area so nice quiet neighborhood. The communication with the property management team is awesome. They respond quickly and very helpful. Staying there is quiet for the most part you can control your neighbors but management will handle any issues quickly as they do have a noise policy already in place. Laundry area for a minimum fee if you need to use. Will definitely recommend.

I was extremely disappointed with this place. They need to do a better with cleanliness. The bathroom needs to be upgraded. The pictures were very deceiving.

The property was adequate. Very dated. It was clean-ish (not great). No hot water on second day in shower, but it did work better for the rest of our stay. You had to giggle the handle in toilet or water kept running. Old, scratched pots & pans. No dish drain or scissors or even a pen and paper. Never met any of the property managers. All contact was thru text messages (not a fan of that). They didn't provide any info on things to do locally. The only thing we really liked was the area, there were lovely homes. Nice park nearby. Honestly I would probably not stay there again.

We used the property as a base to explore South Florida. On arrival, took a bit of effort to get the code to the door and check in details, but after phone conversation happened, all went well. Property is functional, everything works or if not it seems to get fixed quickly. You are getting what you paid for, but this exactly what we wanted. To address previous reviews, the app for the washing machine is fine, no issues with UK details. Area is safe and quiet. Grounds well maintained. Very clean on arrival, some areas could do with some maintenance and a refresh, and yes, the bed can be squeaky but everything operated. Wi-Fi was super fast.

Old and needs work but clean

The property was old and run down, and in need of work and repairs, but it was clean and had a comfortable bed, although it did have a smell of cigarette smoke. The property did work ok for us, but it was not worth price for the stay.

We booked this apartment for 4 adults. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Definitely needs a car to go anywhere. Apartment is clean. Kitchen is stocked with the basics. Wish there were more places to put our luggage and hooks in bathroom etc. Designated parking for each unit is great. The front yard is also beautiful. The first night, we found out the pull out couch is broken so my sons ended up having to sleep on the floor. Texted the manager and was told nothing they can do as the maintenance team is off work and won't be available until next day. We didn't even have enough pillow or blankets for them. The maintenance team was there the next day and "fix" the couch. If my son didn't stay behind to test the couch, we wouldn't know it was still broken. Once I demand money compensation for the inconvenience, they brought in a platform bed for them to sleep on. After that incident, it was fine. Communication was timely. Overall, a decent experience.

Take out your trash.

The combo lock won't lock or unlock unless you push on the door (I learned after 5 minutes of trial and error) and by the end of my stay it stopped working. The rooms smelled of smoke, and the air return vents must be shared with the other units because every time they lit up a joint I was pretty much getting stoned on their supply. I had to wash everything that entered that unit when I returned home because the smoke was overpowering. Lastly, why do I have to pay an $85 property fee? I assume this is a "cleaning fee" or something similar, yet you want ME to do the dishes and take the trash out at the end of my stay. Give me a break.

The sink kept leaking, police did a search warrant with the unit next to us, and the people above us were pretty loud. Other than that though, it was pretty good.
