This was solid and clean place to stay. The condos are new and clean. They are very nice for the price you pay. The beach is literally a block away with a beautiful view if you walk over. I have no complaints about my stay there. Some people may feel a little uneasy about walking through the basement parking garage after hours to access their room, as the front entrance is locked in the evenings. There are occupancy censors that light the garage as you walk through. I felt okay about and was walking through alone each evening. Some people may not be as comfortable with it. It's something you should consider.

We rented a 3 bedroom appartment. It was a good size and seemed clean. Receptionist was kind but nealry impossible to run into her at the front desk. Even calling was tough. First night we arrived at 6pm and the doors were locked, fortunatly someone was outside that was able to help us contact them so we could get in. Honestly i think had these ladies not been there we would have had to spend the night elsewhere or in our car. When i booked the hotel it said it was family freindly but i dont think id recommend family with small children staying here. It got really loud at night from music and parties. We got up at 6am tho and went for a walk and basically had the whole town to ourselves which was nice. The beach was close by, it was a beautiful little town but i think if we ever go again well be staying somewhere quieter and somehere we can actually get in after 4pm!

Great l9cation in Centro, within short walking distract to Olas Altas beach, Plazuela Machado, Catherdral, Malecon, and several food options. Within medium walking distance to El Faro, Embarcaderos, and other entertainment options. Service was excellent, Condo was clean and has updated finishes.

The property is new and clean. Location is excellent. Close to many attractive locations. Needs a little fixing on drain pipes and parking structure. But other than that, property is very cosy and safe. Will definitely be returning!

Mixed: 1) HATED, HATED, HATED the $50USD cleaning charge that I had to pay before I could get my room. DISGUSTING! 2) Room was clean, modern and large 3) Street was very noisy and windows are cheap so noise came into room easily. Earplugs are needed.

There was no hot water in our condo and the bedding was stained. I asked the front desk receptionist if they could send maintenance to check the hot water and change out the bedding and no one went. In addition, their parking was terrible, it ruined the bottom of our car.

Very dissatisfied

Not us a good area loud all night every night extremely bad sewer smell all the time . No seating by the pool are all broken. not sure of how safe the area really is . This is in the old now area . Does not look like photos !
