Beautiful building, the staircase is really fantastic. I love having a private bathroom and a mini fridge. Amazing place, especially for the price I got it at. I bet all the units are really nice too. Definitely will be booking this place for my future trips.

The location was a cute condo. Very nice location in Fenway. Park and lake are nearby. The condo itself is clean and quiet. It was a great deal, considering such a good location in Boston, close to MIT. Many restaurants nearby. Also good connectivity through the public transit system.

Overall, Maverick's safe and convenient location, cleanliness, accessibility to places we wanted to go to, and good communication with Maverick staff are the reasons we will come back! Parking which is readily available in front of the building is a great plus, not to mention that our room was equipped with a little kitchenette giving us the option to stay in and cook. My husband and I enjoyed the place! Thanks for your thoughtful hospitality!

This property is located in a wonderful area! It’s pristine the rooms are very nice. FYI since there isn’t a front desk I the building you will not be able to use your access codes till the precise time of check in I’d stay there again and again

This property is extremely secure. You need a security code to not enter one, but two access doors. The place is immaculate and the space is more than enough. There was a mini kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, and every utensil and glass you could think of. It also comes with a spacious closet, large updated bathroom, and amenities to make your stay perfect. The best part? It is a quick 10 minute walk to Fenway Park!

No parking, tiny room with bed pushed against a wall. Horrible sleeping arrangement. If they leave you earplugs, there's a reason. Hair dryer should be stored in bathroom so one doesn't have to go looking for it.
