It was just amazing, The view from the room was stunning, and me and my 3 friends were sleeping in the same room, which was a little small, but had everything we need. beds was super comfy, amazing atmosphere and the design of the room was OUT OF THIS WORLD! and a good word to the staff - very friendly and helpful. Hope to stay there again!

Best stay ever!

This hotel a PERFECT fit if you consider visiting Berlin as a family with small kids! We booked the deluxe 2 room apartment, and it came with all amenties, we could cook for the baby, store food, eat family meals. We were even offered a baby bath and a highchair. The rooms are in perfect condition. The staff were amazing, so nice and helpful, the cleaning impeccable, and even after the check out they have been wonderful. I forgot something at the hotel, and the staff has gone out of their way to help me retrieve it. 10/10 will stay here again next time we see Berlin

nice location, good spatial room, overall meets the expectations what is missing 1. a lobby (reception only with limited hours) 2. microwave in the kitchen - we had a kitchen and brought food but had only stove & toaster 3. TV - the tv didnt work, we could not even watch our netflix or other cable tv

Great apartments - check emails before you arrive

Apartments are fantastic. The location is fantastic. But be aware that reception closes at 19:00 - at least on a Saturday, and if you arrive after that you have to go through a process of filling out an online form in German uploading an image of your ID, and then approving a security deposit via credit card. Only then do you get a code to access the apartment (with key cards inside). I was driving so not checking me emails, plus most were all in German - though there was one sent in English via Hotels.com. I’d still stay again, it’s just not necessarily as straightforward as you might think.

Great stay in a great location

Great, modern apartment hotel in a great, busy location. We were 3 friends sharing a studio apartments and had a very comfy stay. Room is spacious, modern and clean. Sleeping comfort good. Location awesome with both U-ban, tram and buses right outside the door. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked modern and even had a dish washer. For our 5 nights stay everything was perfect. We would only wish that the building had AC, cause the room got very hot during the warm and sunny days. But we had two fans available in the room, and we also had the windows opened during the nights. It was a bit noisy due to traffic, but doable. If you are a light sleeper, maybe the open window isn't the best solution for you though.

The check-in went smoothly even if we were late. The staff actually called to remind us to check in online. The place was easy to find, and close to restaurants, tram, and subway. It was actually walking distance to sites. The only thing is the noise at night. It is situated in a very busy area and you can hear the voices of people having fun outside, tram, police siren, etc. We didn’t mind though because we fell asleep easily after doing a lot of walking in Berlin. And also, no parking spot. We had to go to the Decathlon parking spot in Alexanderplatz to park our car for 2 days (by the way, you need exact change to pay for parking)…. Will recommend
