Very central hotel. High floors which were great for a view of the city. The negatives were that it didn't seem clean, old pill packets and hair bobble on the bedside table, dirty kitchen worktop and hob and shampoo still in the bath! If it was cleaner it would have been perfect.

If you want to waste your money and pay for garbage, this is the place. The check-in process was painfully slow, the place was filthy, and nothing matched the description. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

We were very happy with our stay. With two adults and three teenagers it was a bit tight. With that in mind, it was clean, bright, in great condition and had space for everyone. We would happily stay there again next time we are in Toronto.

The property was in a great location close to centre. The area was a little dodgy but we did not feel unsafe though we were not out too late. The apartment was small but had all we needed.
