Beautiful apartment right on the river and so close to Ponte Vecchio; all main attractions within easy walking distance. Access to supermarket approx 100m away and lots of choice with restaurants and gelato. We loved our stay here!

Perfectly located on the Arno River right next to Ponte Vecchio. Everything we needed to visit was within no more than 15 minute walk. Great walkable access to fantastic dining options, and has a grocery store right next door. The Madeline coffee shop downstairs on the corner is the perfect way to start your day! Highly recommend!

We were given a generous sized unit for our stay, and it was recently remodeled and had state of the art, kitchen and door entry systems along with modern climate control. It was very walkable to many tourist attractions and restaurants along with a view of the Arno river.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, the views were absolutely incredible, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location could not have been better (very central but not crowded). There was a great coffee and pastry shop right downstairs, laundry facilities in the building, and the best dining is in the oltrarno neighborhood closeby. I highly recommend staying here, I would definitely book again

Simply the best! Could not fault these Apartments, impeccably clean and well maintained, staff, especially Monica, only too happy to help. Position of apartments super convenient and walkable to all sites, restaurants and shopping within the Firenze Centro. The apartment was EXCELLENT and the property manager communicated extremely well. Location is ideal - just a short walk from the historic old town, cathedral, shopping/dining options, etc. There’s a full service grocery store on the next block, if you want to use the kitchen in the apartment - otherwise plenty of options for shopping and dining within a few minutes’ walk. The apartment is in immaculate condition and provided an elegant and comfortable place to crash at the end of a long day of sightseeing. I can’t recommend it highly enough - hope to return there in the future!

Great place, modern and beautiful. But the staircase had a horrible sewer like smell… This smell was also in our kitchen & living area. (Our friends unit did not smell, but we were higher up and it was unbearable) Due to the smell we did not use kitchen or living area (thankfully the bedroom didn’t smell) If it did not smell, or if the odour was dealt with this would have been a 5star review! Loved the place, location & decor. But the smell was horrible unfortunately. Hopefully they can fix this.

Really luxurious but noisy

The 3-bedroom apartment was very luxurious, clean, with 4 toilets, separate dining room and cooking area. It’s was located in a very central area, easy to walk to attractions. Our room could see the Uffizi gallery from across the Arno River. The apartment is very close to Ponte Vecchio. The thing that bothers me most is the noise. we could hear all the cars/motors, people talking on the street, garbage collection esp. at 515 am, etc. The room isn’t noise-proof. The workers in restaurants park their motors on the street and when they come off from work, they talk so loud and laugh so hard when they share their stories with each other. It could be at 10pm or midnight or 2am. Also, it would’ve been great to have the laundry facilities inside the apartment to truly say it’s luxurious because of convenience. There was an available shared laundry area in the building, though, but one would have to keep on checking the machines. We loved the apartment, however, the people staying on the room facing the street didn’t get enough rest due to interrupted sleep.

Like our Honey Moon all over

We visited Florence again for our 25 wedding anniversary. Love the city and all it has to offer, but the icing on the cake was where we stayed. We stayed for 1.5 weeks and the accommodations made it feel like a 5 star experience. The staff was excellent and helpful, the electronic key was awesome, the views stunning and the grocery store was right around the corner. Within 20 mins walking you can pretty much get anywhere and no need for taxis. Plus the live music on the bridge at night was great. Florence is great and less hectic than Rome -- I will be back!!! Just understand the bed is firm and the showers are marble so slippery (but nothing a towel could not fix). Thank you staff and especially Monica!!!! Forgot Lift was roomy and AC was excellent.

Ficamos num amplo apartamento, com vista para o rio Arno, de frente para a Uffizi, bem guarnecido, com lençóis e toalhas imaculados. O prédio é um antigo palácio todo renovado, com um elevador antigo. A localização é excelente, perto dos pontos turísticos e fora do barulho. A única recomendação é chegar enquanto a recepção tem gente, porque o app com a primeira autorização de entrada falhou conosco,
