The condo is wonderful and it is in a great area! It is safe to walk around, people are friendly and the office staff is terrific! The condo is a place that makes you feel like you’re at home. I would LOVE for it to be my place if I lived in Hawaii!!!

Nice relaxing stay!

We stayed in Unit B205 and were very happy. We booked 5 more nights in that same unit for the remainder of our vacation. The unit is well stocked, very clean and has nice furniture. W had some issues with working fans, but management was helpful with providing a replacement. The king bed is a little hard. Overall really nice place and nice view of the ocean about 1/4 mile off the balcony. Sunsets views from the balcony are a little obstructed by trees in the distance. A little traffic noise but still very enjoyable.

Very Nice Condo

The condo was very nice with a great location. The only complaint we had was the air conditioner was super loud, and would wake every one up each time it turned on and it really did not work. The fan in one of the rooms did not work so it made for very hot sleepless nights.

Nice hotel; great location

Loved our room. Very roomy and our particular unit had 2 1/2 baths - a luxury when sharing a condo with others. Great walking paths close by and an easy walk to A-Bay. We visited during a slower time of year so the pool and weight room facilities were nice and quiet.

Great Resort and Suitable for Family Travel.

Some days ago, when I attended the meeting held in Hawaii, Vista Waikoloa gave me a pleasant surprise for the beautiful scenery and comfortable accommodation of this resort. Compared with the Hillton nearby, Vista is cheaper, and more suitable for family travel, except for the seascape.

Not recommended for business

Please arrive before the office close. Or please remember the phone number to call for access the gate if you arrive there late (4:30pm? I could not remember) Do not recommend for business, especially for long term stay. No room service and be charged by days. You have to buy coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and life stuff if you stay for several days. The room is a family style. There is a nice kitchen, living room, two bed rooms (one has two small single beds for kids, and the other one is for parents), and two bath rooms. It looks clean, however, I saw cockroaches in rooms (kitchen and bath rooms). The lid of washer filled in dust. The maintenance is not in time. When I arrived at the location, the manager was off and left a key in a box. when I went to the room, it was hot although the AC was on. I had to open windows to cool down. In the next day, I talked to the manager and she sent people to clean the filter of AC. There is a fixed parking space. However, the light is too weak so that it is hard to see those messy numbers. The number is not printed in order. You have to spend much time to find it if you just came to the residential area. Wi-fi is very slow. It disconnected time to time.

Nice hotel close to Waikoloa beach resort

Very spacious room enough to host 5 people with everything inside( kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer). The furniture were a bit old but still it was pretty clean if you don't count the ants which were attacking anything edible. They staff was very polite and let check in a couple hours earlier.

Spacious condo for a family. Great location.

We stayed for 8 nights, 2 adults and one child. Our room is 2 bedrooms with a territorial view. The grounds are well kept with a variety of blooming plants. We visited the great beaches of Kohala. Swam in the condo pool/hot tub and used the grills almost every night.

cheap acomodation compared to standard and the oth

Very differnt standards of the apartments. We rented two and one of them was just great with small sea view and high standard of the total apartment and all equipments, such as sofas,tv, Bose stereo,e.g, the other apartment at the first floor had normal standard, old equipment e.g. Self service hotel/ apartments and you need a car to get around

That was the most bad experience we had never ever spent. can you image that a lot of ants in the bed? Roachs in the bedroom? aircondition in the first day not working? the most unbelivable thing is the manager in this hotel tell us that is NORMAL. Hotels.com should really consider if should put this hotel in your listing.
