We like the place it was very clean and spacious very convenient in the sense on the location for people who are visiting. The only comment I have is regarding the bed and the pillows…They mattress was not super comfortable and the pillows smelled like sweat.

Chicago West Loop stay

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. Location was great for what we needed to do. The only less than positive comment would be that 4:00pm is late for check in and $15/hr fee for early check in is unusual for a hotel stay.

Location was great for easily jumping onto the blue line at Clinton. Grocery stores are about a 15 minute walk away. Great spot for folks catching a train at Union Station and the in unit laundry was a nice touch. Bed linens were a little scratchy. Even with that, would definitely stay here again.
