Cool ocean breezes await you at this well maintained cottage built in 2001 that can be rented any time of the year. Special monthly rates apply for off season. Don’t miss the beautiful “Gardens Aglow” display of lights at the Botanical gardens! Two bedrooms, one down with queen bed and bathroom with shower. One upstairs with twin beds and 1/2 bath. Great room with fireplace, cathedral ceiling, and plenty of sunshine! Wood floors throughout. Kitchen, well equipped. Private and large yard! Walk to Grimes Cove (300 ft.) and beach to swim, kayak, or canoe. Walk the rocky shore, dine at the Ocean Point Inn, or fish from the rocks to your enjoyment. Tennis courts available at the Ocean Point Community Center.

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) loved this house and its beautiful location at Ocean Point in Booth Bay. The place is much nicer than the photos suggest, the host is extremely gracious, and the beach is a close 2-minute walk away. This is a very special place, and we hope to return again soon.

Great place!!!!

We are frequent visitors to East Boothbay - this is by far our favorite place to stay. The hosts Veronica and Wayne are wonderful.. Beautiful comfortable house, beautiful location!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay

This is a wonderful, nicely decorated home with a spacious, private yard, just a short walk to the ocean. We enjoyed walking to the cove and along the ocean front with its beautiful views. Our hosts were kind and very helpful with information about the many places to visit in the area.

Just a wonderful place so peaceful. The owners are very sweet and helpful Great trails by the beach. Verything you need they have. And no you dont have to pay to do the wash. I will be tell my friends about this home. Its close to everything you need or want to doI hope the owners

Great Propert, Great Host,

My wife and I truly enjoyed our ten day stay at this property. This property is clearly "home away from home." It is fully stocked with pots, pans, gas grill, very comfortable furnishing and cabled t.v. The host was very attentive and responsive to all of our needs. We highly recommend this property to get a full taste of Maine.

Fantastic house...

This house was absolutely beautiful.....Very clean and had everything needed for comfort....Great location ....the owner made us feel very welcome ....a delightful stay....my daughter and I had a wonderful time....would gladly stay there again....

Third Time's the Charm

This was our third visit to this charming cottage and it was even better than ever. Even though we visited in the off season, there was plenty to do including strolling along the magnificent Ocean's Point. The cottage has everything your could need and made our stay comfortable and cozy. We will be back again!

Beautiful and well-appointed cottage

This pretty pink cottage was just as depicted and described. It was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Everything you could possibly need was there. It was nestled in a sweet little wooded area and just minutes of a walk to the spectacular Ocean Point cliffs. Truly a little piece of paradise.

Pink Cottage

We had a wonderful stay in the pink cottage. Our hosts, Veronica and Wayne were wonderful and we enjoyed speaking with them. Everything we could possibly need, was furnished. A highlight of our visit was when we saw three deer and eight turkey wandering around our cottage! It was truly a delightful visit!

Ocean point

The rental house in Ocean Point was ideal! A fabulous location and considerate hosts. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. Cozy and inviting, but with plenty of room for us and our two grown children. A short walk down to tidepools and a great view. 10/10!

Wonderful Getaway

This was our second stay at the "Pink House" and we can't wait to come back. The house is well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. We love the private location with a decent size yard but still being in walking distance to the ocean. Ocean Point is stunning and we took daily walks around the loop. Location is perfect to be a short drive into Boothbay Harbor but still in a quiet, peaceful setting. Veronica is the perfect host and this property is a favorite for our family.

Grimes Beach

Kids loved the pink house. (They renamed it the "Barbie Beach House". ) Safe area and plenty of grass for the kids to run around on. House was neat and clean. This is the second time someone from our family has rented here.

Beautiful property

This is a lovely, traditionally styled Maine home with cathedral ceilings, a beautiful fireplace, two decks and a lovely yard. The home is equipped with everything a guest needs including abundant towels and linens as well as paper goods. The kitchen is similarly very well equipped. There are books, games, jigsaw puzzles and a large TV. The owner is very nice and easy to deal with. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

My wife and two granddaughters stayed at Wayne's and Veronica's lovely place. We have stayed at several other places over our 20 years of traveling, but this place was without a doubt the best. The pictures on the website just do not compare what this vacation home has. My wife was so impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. Beautiful furniture and very comfortable beds. So close to ocean too and very very quiet. Our granddaughters (15 and 12) loved the place too. They let out a little scream when we drove up to the home because it is so cute. Veronica gave us a beautiful welcoming gift and told us to call if we needed anything at all. Great hosts!!!

Fantastic cottage, great location, very nice hosts

We stayed for a week this August and absolutely loved it. The cottage is spacious for a 2br place, with beautiful high ceilings. I was impressed with how well-equipped the kitchen was, despite no dishwasher (which was fine for us). The 1/2 bath attached to the upstairs bedroom is a nice plus. Everything was super clean, Mrs. Pierce and her husband are very easy to reach by phone and live on the property which is great in case anything is needed. You can’t see the ocean from the cottage but it’s so close to walk to that we didn’t mind at all. Highly, highly recommend.

Wonderful!

We made the trip to Maine for a vacation/family visit. Charming & cozy cottage defines this property perfectly. It was everything we had hoped for, and more. We didn't get the chance to meet Wayne, but Veronica was wonderful and a terrific host. She is very friendly and helpful, providing terrific recommendations and available for any questions. I liked the fact that they also have their home on the property so they were nearby in case of a problem (but there were no issues at all). The cottage itself is very clean and well kept in a peaceful setting. Wonderful attention to detail. We cooked most of our meals there and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. There is a grocery store about 4-5 miles away which was convenient. We did a lot of hiking in the area land preserves, and also spent a day at the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and visited the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse - all beautiful. Hope to make it back in 2019!

Lovely home. Great amenities. Kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans/mixing bowls, etc., Air conditioner units in to bedrooms. Comfortable beds and wonderful black out shades. Washing machine, dryer, detergent. A darling home walking distance to Grimes Cove, the swimming beach. We met Veronica and she is very kind. This is our second time and we will return! A gem rental at Ocean Point!

Perfect!

Our week at the pink cottage was wonderful! Our stay included a daily walk around the Cove to view the changing 'faces' of the ocean, enjoying bowls of clam chowder at local establishments, reading in front of cozy fires and gazing at stars we don't normally see due to light pollution. The cottage was nestled in a private area where cardinals and the intoxicating smell of balsam fir greeted us everyday. It was very clean, well equipped and the personal touches were much appreciated. Veronica was a pleasure to talk to and made sure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. Thank you!!

Great Quiet Location!

Everything was great. Nice, clean, modern accommodations! Fully stocked kitchen. Very close to the ocean, but still plenty of privacy. A very short walk to the Ocean Point Greenway. I would highly recommend this cozy cottage!
