Large, beautiful vacation house sleeps 8. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and one half bath Fully equipped kitchen, 4 smart TVs and all 4 wired with cable, internet, central air, washer, dryer dishwasher and microwave for your convenience. Master bedroom with king bed and full master bath; second bedroom with king bed and third bedroom with 2 twin size beds. Upper and lower decks with pond view. Small, safe, friendly community which offers, outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball court, basketball court and playground. So close to OC beach, boardwalk, outlets, golfing, boating, fishing beach, crabbing pier, go-carts and miniature golf. If you haven't experienced Assateague Island or Frontier town, it's time! Just a short drive to both and an experience you'll never forget! Convenient Grocery Store within walking distance. Hang out at the many popular restaurants, including Hooper's Crab House, Crab Alley, Sunset Grille and Waterman's Seafood Co. Also our favorite, Dumpsers is less than a mile away. We enjoy our home at the beach so much and want you to do the same.

PLEASE NOTE: Families and Adults only during Senior Beach Week. Our property does not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore online bookings that don't meet these requirements will not be honored.

Oceans calling weekend

Host was wonderful in letting us check in early. Responded in a quick fashion and we enjoyed our stay at this property. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing clean property in prime location in West OC

We’ve stayed at almost every rental in the Ocean Villages community over the past 12 years and this property is by far my favorite. It was super clean, all linens and beds made when we arrived. Owner was super communicative and helpful. Kitchen fully stocked and even had a bunch of board games. We love staying in West OC with close proximity to the boardwalk and we love going to the beach at Assateague. Highly recommend!

Perfect family beach vacation rental

Everything and even more than we expected. Hostess was very helpful and provided us with extra special attention and detail during our stay. Great location. Easy access to beach and shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay. Master ceiling fan did not work and toilet in bath upstairs was very slow to flush & drain water. But overall it was very clean, great location and would definitely stay again. The owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond.

The home was awesome. House larger than expected. Neighbors were super nice! Location was excellent in West Ocean City. Can easily get to downtown Ocean City, but avoid the city congestion if looking for a more relaxed stay.

Father’s Day getaway

We visited ocean city for the Father’s Day weekend! We enjoyed being right outside the hustle bustle of town. This house has an excellent location! The pictures do not do the home justice! It was spacious and comfortable! We look forward to visiting again!

Even better than we expected

This townhome was such a comfortable stay with all the amenities we needed and fun touches around. It was also in a great location for a home base for visiting ocean city. And at the end of the day we could take a dip in the pool. It was lovely and the host was very responsive and kind.

Ocean city getaway

Great quiet location very roomy. 3 bed rooms 2.5 bath. Everything was in great condition everything worked great. Couldn't be happier with this rental. Within 10 minutes of the island of ocean city nice and quiet , very convenient. Only 10 minutes from the entrance to assateague even.

OC Inshore Classic

We stayed while fishing in a tournament. The owner communicated clearly what process was and offered us flexibility arriving and departing which was awesome. The house was clean, great location, everything we had hoped for based on the listing, and maybe even a little more. I hope to rebook for the same event next year!!

Just what we were looking for

Spacious and roomy main living areas, plenty of bedroom spaces and bathrooms. Quiet from neighbors, barely any sound traveled through the walls. Lovely neighborhood, pool house was great and amenities were excellent. Plenty of cooking utensils and implements, only thing missing was a grill. Great place to relax for the holiday. Tips for navigating around traffic were quite helpful.

Beautiful home

This beautiful home was reasonably priced and a great community for families. We also book this property because they did not allow pets did not allow pets however they did not disclose that they themselves have a pet who is in-and-out of the homeSo there was a significant amount of animal hair on the furniture in pillows. This may not bother some people but we had 3 children wi'll drain with pet allergies. In their defense the owner did admit to the did admit to this and offer to have the cleaning lady come back in but at that point we were all there and unpacked and were not comfortable with having strangers around our belongings or our kids. The master bedroom had a rack on the back of the door that was laying on the floor when we arrived and a loose shelf in one of the closet so we didn't use it. Also the wif-fi was very spotty and we had to contact the property manager again about a washer and dryer that was not coming on once the issue was resolved by her quick response the dryer took 2 70 minute cycles to dry anything. This place is beautiful inside and out Just set minor details that need attention. I definitely was bothered by the fact that I felt that I had to keep contacting the homeowner during what was supposed to be a vacation.

I prefer a renter has a flawless stay in my house too to avoid needing to reach out. The dog hair threw me off because our dog is not really a shedder but after investigating the hair in the vacuum, clearly there was a shedding dog brought in by the previous renter. I didn’t find hair all over but did see it in the vacuum. I truly can’t explain why the washer and dryer was turned off and a polity out had to deal with that but glad we were able to resolve quickly. Unfortunately when I am not there between renters I don’t always catch these issues between renters. Best regards!

Best place ever

This was by far the best place we have stayed while on vacation. After staying at a resort for the past years, we decided to change it up and stay at this property and it was so worth it. It was clean, homey and had a lot of space. We had 4 adults and two kids, and we never were on top of each other. Let alone you never hear the neighbors. The neighborhood is very inviting and everyone is pleasant to talk with. The pools were good to be able to go to when the beach wasn’t on the table for the day. The location is also great as it’s close to everything we wanted to do. All in all we can’t wait to make this a family tradition staying here. If it’s available book it. Sandra is on par with communication and making sure you feel as welcomed at at home as possible.

Need deep cleaning

The place is nice but the first floor kitchen and living room has a bad musty smell. We had to leave a day ealier because I got a bad sinus infection from it.

I am very sorry that they guests experienced an anomalous smell. I was very concerned but couldn’t identify any smell. The cleaning lady came in also and she also searched the house for something causing a smell but she couldn’t find anything nor could smell anything. I’ve never had a renter before complain of it and when questioned the renters after, no one smells anything. I will be staying for an extended time shortly and try to determine if there is one and the cause.

Perfect location and rental

Sandy was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and she was accommodating beyond measure. We enjoyed her place, the amenities and the location so much that we are sure to return! Her rental is clean, stocked with everything we needed, peaceful and super close to both the best parts of Ocean City and Assateague Islands.

Enjoyable West OC Vacation

My family rented this property. The property was as advertised and in good condition. For a rental property, we were pleased by the nice furnishings and the kitchen appliances and amenities. The property location was close to many local restaurants and the various marinas. The indoor and outdoor pool were nice. Plenty of room for the family and many board games in the home. The indoor tiki bar was a nice addition. The only minor critique would be the house could use a dehumidifier. Parking is limited to two cars but there is more parking towards the front of the development by the pool and basketball court. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The owner was very prompt in her communications with me and answered any questions I had regarding the property. Kudos to the owner for managing and renting such a nice rental property.

Great weekend stay

Sandy’s place is great! Just a few miles from everything but in a nice quiet neighborhood, even with the car show going on. We only had a short stay but the place is awesome and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Castle near the beach...

Sandra, the owner, is a great communicator. Her property is clean, modern and absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of space for the 5 adults and two children (ages 8 & 11)with us. I would definitely rent here again.

Great Vacation

We just got back from a great stay in West OC. Sandy was very helpful and responsive, the house was clean and spacious and the location was great. My family loved the outside space and quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
