Welcome to Casa Frio, your perfect Sea Isle getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home also offers an additional downstairs sleeping area and half bath, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. Plus, your small furry friend is welcome too—dogs up to 25 lbs are invited to join the fun! Located on one of Sea Isle's beautiful canals with access to the bay, Casa Frio offers plenty of ways to enjoy the water. The beach is just a quick drive away, or load up the convenient foldable wagon and take a stroll down for a day of sun and sand. Downstairs, you'll find a large shaded area with a picnic table and an outdoor meal-prep space complete with a refrigerator—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or preparing your fresh catch. This area also provides additional sleeping accommodations. Ready to make a splash? Step out onto the dock, where a ladder provides easy access for swimming in the canal. Fishing enthusiasts will love the new underwater lights, making it even more fun to cast a line and enjoy the water after the sun goes down.

Head upstairs and take in the beautiful views down the canal. You'll find plenty of outdoor seating, including a shaded sitting area, two outdoor ceiling fans, and lounge chairs in the sunny area—perfect for soaking up some rays or enjoying your morning coffee with a view. Inside, Casa Frio offers all the comforts of home for a relaxing beach vacation. The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and everything you need to prepare meals. The comfortable living area includes cable TV, while the dining area provides the perfect spot for enjoying dinner with family and friends—or sitting down with the day's catch! The main hallway features a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and two guest bedrooms. One bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed for two guests, while the second features twin-over-full bunk beds and can sleep up to five. A convenient laundry area is also located in the hallway to make your stay even easier. At the end of the hall, you'll find the spacious primary bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom featuring a beautiful walk-in shower.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. You will find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing, dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a historic setting for live theatre. And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand, and the numerous triathlons, marathons and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking, and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience at Casa Frio memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. All services and fees are subject to 15% tax. GUESTS ARE PROHIBITED FROM JUMPING OFF UPPER DECK. BOAT AND BOAT LIFT ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE OR RENTAL. IT IS OWNER'S BOAT STORED AT PROPERTY ONLY.

​​​​​​​**Optional Sea Isle Amenities Fee (not included in rental rate): $100/week for up to 10 guests in a reservation. Passes can not be purchased once the Sea Isle POA office closes at 5:00 PM on Friday and they are not open on the weekends or holidays. If you choose to purchase a pool pass, please contact office prior to arrival. Pool is ONLY open Memorial Day thru Labor Day
