Book with confidence, this brand new, gorgeous, remodeled 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom (818 sq ft.) condo at Kamaole Sands. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The resort is across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches (Kamaole Beach 3) which is great for swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, internet access, and an Activities Desk for your use. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can pick up a free Maui News each day, as well as enjoy live music and Mai Tai's by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

Cleaning Fee: $175.00

Damage Protection Waiver: $30.00

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Would definitely rent this unit again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been to Kamaole Sands to visit friends staying there and booked there for the first time. The unit 9-210 was newly renovated it seems and had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen which isn’t always the case. Everything was in good condition and the sofa bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever been on! It had snorkels and beach equipment the location is quiet on the back side of the courtyard with an ocean view on the patio. PMI was easy to work with and we have zero complaints. Our friends who live nearby part time said they’d definitely rent this unit for visitors in the future

Another Wonderful Stay at Kamole Sands!

The unit was such a nice surprise, we had originally booked another unit but it was sold and we had to make a last minute change. We were unsure of the fact that this unit was not on the part of the property with the grounds, but to our surprise it ended up making our experience even more enjoyable! We loved sitting on the lanai and having an ocean view. This unit had easy access to the stairs so it made parking and entering the unit super easy. It was well equipped with everything you need and had great and comfortable furniture. The location at Kamole is so perfect with access to an amazing beach across the street and a quick drive to some of our other favorite beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay in this unit and at Kamole Sands again!

The condo was a perfect size for our family of 4, with everything we needed during our 4 night stay. The complex had the all the amenities our family was looking for, and the best part was that the beach was across the street. Could not ask for more, and would definitely recommend.

This was the most well equipped condo that we've ever stayed in, we've been to Maui several times.

The place was clean, beds (king and pull out sofa) were very comfortable. We appreciated the condiments left in the fridge and for cooking. We esky enjoyed our stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is information for PMI regarding our stay. Kamaole Sands is a lovely complex & great location - we enjoyed our visit. We feel the suite should be checked regularly for deficiencies - eg.- living room fan not operational, many under counter lights not functioning; all bedding is in need of replacement (lg. hole in blanket, old sheets). For 3 guests, there were only 2 beach chairs, 1 of which was broken & only 1 mask & snorkel. For premium rates charged, we think a closer check of the unit & equipment should be done. Also, would be nice if Netflix was available for existing subscribers. Thank you.

I have stayed in 5 other units none of which had filtered water and meant having to buy bottled water. The unit has chairs and unlike other units they also provide beach towels. It was clean and the owners responsive to my questions. I hope to come back again soon.

The property landscaping was immaculate and the beach is right across the street. There were plenty of beach supplies including towels, chairs, umbrella, body boards and a cooler bag which were greatly appreciated. The rental company communication was excellent including easy check-in and check-out. I would recommend this suite to friends and family.

Great location and well equipped!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great two week stay at this property and an overall pleasant experience. The condo had almost everything we needed - the cooler was damaged but we made ended up using an insulated grocery bag instead. The AC did the job, and the furniture was comfortable. The only thing I wish the parking spot assigned wasn’t so far away - it was about 10-12 spots away from the elevators on the opposite end of the building- so it also wasn’t near the stairs closest to the unit. But when we arrived and the day we left there were spots by the elevator open so we just parked there to unload and load the car. There was a sound in the bedroom that sounded kinda like a cell phone on vibrate that went off periodically and sounded like it was coming from the owner’s closet- but we didn’t find it disruptive or annoying enough to reach out to the management company.

Wedding anniversary

We spent 10 days at Kamaole Sands 9-210 Overall we had a good experience. There are a few little things in the condo in need of improvement ( new plates , deep cleaning in the bathrooms especially the master bathroom , replacement of the living room armchair, which possibly can scratch your skin) I mention all these things because the condo is pricy and would be fair for the renters to receive what they paid for. The condo is well equipped with all the beach amenities and the beach is very close. We had a rental car and used it even at the closest beach in order to get all the beach things with us. The pool and the property grounds are clean and enjoyable! We felt safe and cared for wherever we went on the property’s grounds . We enjoyed spending time to Wailea beach as well which is just 8 minutes drive away. We prepared our dinner inside twice and the rest of the nights we dined out since there are many restaurants around. The condo has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom... we find it a little noisy but we were glad to arrive to a cool home after a few hours in the sun ☀️ We enjoyed staying in this condo but since we like to stay in different places we will probably not come back . Many thanks to the owners who offered us this place to stay !

Great location. Wonderful accommodation for a couple's trip.

We stayed at a resort our first time to Maui so wanted to try a condo for this trip. We stayed 8 nights at this Kihea condo. The check in process was seamless. We really enjoyed having an assigned parking spot. Parking is a hot commodity at Maui hotels. Master bedroom is a good size with a private bathroom. Shower did seem to have a bit of a musty odor. We would just kept the door closed. Unit also has a second full size bathroom and full size washer and dryer. We made good use of the kitchen that had different utensils and appliances. Use of the lanai in the evening was our favorite time, the sunsets are gorgeous. You can also walk across the street to the beach. Unit has beach chairs, a cooler, and other beach items. Walking distance you'll find restaurants and stores including the ABC store. It's a great condo and location. We would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Kihea area.

My particular suite was well maintained - the beds and linens were a bit on the cheap side - but everything else was great.Service in and out were easy, as was all the instructions. Would stay again, good place for the cost especially if you plan on being out and about a lot.

Great Kihei Stay for 2-4 people

My wife and stayed in this unit for a week. It was perfect for us. There are 2 baths and a sofa sleeper, so I think you could accommodate 1 or 2 others pretty easily. Pretty easy check-in at the front desk (we arrived around 10pm). Unit was very clean on arrival, and well-equipped, including everything needed for cooking, and several beach items (2 chairs, umbrella, boogie board). Only negative was a slightly musty smell in master bath, but this was not noticeable outside the bathroom. Our host was easy to reach (we only emailed him). Unit is directly across the street from Kamaole Sands Park 3, which had great snorkeling. Kihei Cove was a couple of miles away by car for learning to surf. This is our first time to Maui, but Kihei seemed like a relatively central location, and laid back vibe. Would highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed from late August-early SeptemberReally enjoyed staying at this clean, spacious and well-equipped condo! Great to have a parking spot that wasn’t too far from the condo and gated parking felt secure. Especially appreciated the lovely kitchen- it had everything we needed to cook and to relax; and the new washer/dryer was also a game changer. Partial ocean view in living room and 5 minute walking proximity to a nice park made sunset viewing very easy. The condo came with a very sturdy Tommy Bahama umbrella that we ended up taking everywhere! When it got too windy at the beaches, we ended up hanging out at the pool- which had lots of beach chairs available, a mellow vibe, and clean water.The only issue we ran into was that ants started coming into the bathrooms. Understand that bugs come with the territory when visiting tropical climates, but not the most fun to encounter.Overall, would definitely return to this condo and to PMI rentals in the future. Highly recommend and thank you for the lovely time!
