This place was perfect, came completely equip with everything you could possible need.. and really clean. The location is amazing, walking steps to the pool with beautiful views of the grounds. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Excellent Condo!

Clean condo with great amenities. Beach items (chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, etc) on site making it convenient for beach days. Loved the first floor location right next to pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place, our favorite of all ground floor kam ends units

We had four adults stay in this lovely unit and it was perfect. Had everything we needed, was decorated and perfect in every way. Located close the the pool, right across the street from the beach, down the street from health food store, just so convenient in all ways. We will definitely come back!

The condo is in a wonderful location, Kamole beach just footsteps away. Attractions, restaurants, stores, and even the airport conveniently close by. The pool and two jacuzziā€™s were beautiful well maintained, and staff were friendly and assisted with answering general questions of the island and its attractions. The fitness room had just enough equipment to get a good workout in as well. I would for sure recommend this condo to friends and family! We hope to return within the next three years!

This is actually our second time in 3103 and it was beautiful, had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach towels - well equpped kitchen, etc., was in a great location, right by the pool, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to Keawakapu beach and beyond. The managers were super responsive, kind and attended to everything needed. Highly recommend staying here! :-)

Snorkeling in our backyard was extra special- no need to find parking. Couldn't ask for a more perfect haven in paradise- will definitely want to return again.

Place is exceeding expectations

Great location and very close to the beach. Beautiful, quiet and very green garden area, nice and clean pool with rentals available. The condo itself is very clean, cozy and stylish, with a fully equipped kitchen, new and very quiet AC, new washer/ dryer, comfy mattress. Beautiful garden view from the lanai. You can even get an ocean view as thereā€™s a full mirror wall! We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! I can definitely recommend the place.

Great experience

This condo was well equipped with boogie boards, snorkel gears, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler. The unit had a great AC unit in both the main living area and the medium. They had a lot of kitchen ware.. everything you would need! The full size washer and dryer were also very nice to have.would highly recommend this unit. Note better TV instructions would help. The TVs has multiple features and clear instructions could help. Also. You needed to be within three feet of the TV to change the channel. I read other guests had an issue wth the Tv.

Despite previous reviews, we found we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai and took advantage of that every morning and many dinners. The convenience of the ground floor to the pool was great. The unit was beautiful and very clean. The A/C worked perfect, kitchen better equipped than my own home! Both pull out Queen and king bed were very comfy. One of the nicest units is Kam Sands. Only downsides were the TV didnā€™t work the entire trip and the electric plugs took forever to charge devices. But overall 5 star experience! Mahalo.

It was walking distance from the beach and many other places in south Kihei and was very convenient. The 2 bathrooms made it very easy in the mornings while getting ready. We had an issue with the water heater and then owners were very quick to respond and have it fixed. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a very convenient stay.
