Absolutely perfect beach view! Easy walk to the beach and 2 pools---one heated plus hot tub. The condo was equipped nicely---completely met our needs. The tasks on our departure were simple and easy. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing!

My family had the Best vacation at this condo! It was clean, had everything we needed, great view from balcony, great workout room, great walking path over the bridge from the Pearl. We absolutely loved it and plan to come back!!

Family vacation at the beach

This is my second vacation at The Pearl. We loved our family vacation at the beach. The condo was roomy enough for all 7 of us. Navarre is a great family spot. The condo had everything we needed but the stove/oven is on the brink of needing replaced. We couldn't get one of the burners to work and the button to turn the oven on and adjust the temp is wore out so that was a chore to get to work. The property really needs a broom so you can sweep up any excess sand/dirt tracked in from the beach. Other than those minor things the property had everything we needed and we will definitely be back. Thanks for a great vacation!

Nice place if u dont mind a few mishaps. Large with wonderful views!!!!

2nd time at the pearl and we enjoyed both times. This unit was a little not as clean as the first place we rented. Just some issues with paint peeling and on the actually floor. Found a used straw with some sticky yellow substance in the main bedroom floor along with some candy trash and a dead roach in main bathroom. Carpets very stained . No curtains in the living area so that was a bummer. Lots of room tho. I mean Nice place. Just needs some minor details attended too or upgraded. We still enjoyed our stay but may look around more in the future.

Wonderful views! Plenty of room. We were very disappointed in the condition of the kitchen appliances and carpet. Stains on the carpet and all bedding. We were embarrassed by the conditions of the bedroom bedding for our invited guests. We have stayed at the Pearl several times, but under Resort Quest. The Resort Quest condos seem to be of higher standards. However, the overall condition of the Pearl seems to be going down since we first to stay there 10 years ago. The cleanliness of the pool and pool furniture was sub par. Hope this will be taken as constructive criticism and not offense. We love Navarre, and hope to make it our retirement home within the next 10 years.

Lower then 1 star...Warning ⚠️ avoid this unit, HomeAway and Southern Vacation Rentals!

The condo located at The Pearl in Navarre Beach, FL was in terrible condition upon our arrival. The two oven burners, that actually worked, took an hour to boil water. One of the beds was broken. Carpet had huge stains. One sink in the bathroom had a drain that would not open. The toilet overflowed during our stay. Paint was chipped off of wall and furniture. There is more , but you get the picture! HomeAway, Southern Vacation Rentals and the owners should be ashamed to advertise and then charge the fees they do for a unit in such poor condition. We certainly will not be going through either company for future vacation rentals.

Unit was clean. Horrible kitchen equipment, 1.5 working burners, broken control panel for oven (burned whoever touched the controls), pots and pans in poor condition (flaking and peeling non-stick surfaces), no small soup/cereal bowls, poor quality, flimsy plastic utensils. One dish towel, no dish cloths. Dryer very slow, requires multiple resets. Balcony furniture poor. Dishwasher very old, dishes had to be re-washed. It would have been nice if there had been a second washer and dryer as in most unit. We’ve been staying at The Pearl for about 20 years. This was our worst experience.

Relaxing Vacation

Plenty of room. Large balcony. Fantastic view. Condo was spacious, nicely decorated. Perfect size for myself, 2 couples & my 2 grandsons. Most of our time was spent on the beach, but the condo felt like home away from home & all had plenty of privacy. We had a wonderful vacation

Overall we had a Pleasant and comfortable vacation

We love the pearl and Navarre is a Great Place to stay. We have been every year for the past 20 years. We found this unit to be fairly well-kept and adequate although could make a few suggestions for updates. Kitchen refrigerator, carpet, mattress and some drapes to block the morning sun. Overall we would stay again especially if these items were updated.

Disappointed

Sooooo many things wrong here! There are NO blinds or curtains on the windows in the living area which exposes your family to being viewed at will by everyone next door at the other condos. The curtains in one of the guest room don’t fit and leave huge gaps so anyone can see directly into the room. Not what you want for your kids, especially daughters. The appliances were ancient and not very clean. The carpets were stained with what looked like vomit, blood and all kinds of nasty substances. The toilet brush holder in one of the bathrooms was nasty and filled will water that contained what looked like fecal matter. Gross!!! The so called queen bed in one of the guest rooms actually had two twin size mattresses laying beside one another on top of a box spring . I can’t imagine anyone would like that. There was heavy mold on the chairs and cushions outside on the balcony. I just never felt clean for one moment while inside this condo. The owners should be ashamed! They have a little book inside for guest to share their experiences with the owner. Over half of the pages were torn out. I bet it’s because the owners can’t stand to hear the truth about their unit. I would never stay here again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

We love staying at the pearl! This condo was wonderful and clean. Had enough room for two families to enjoy the beach. We could have used a few more essentials in the kitchen but we made it through! Thank you for accommodating us!

Lovely place for family reunion

Kitchen appliances outdated. No ice maker in den. Needs heat deferring shades in den. Room was hot. But overall was a lovely place and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Pearl Beach Condo

The condo was very spacious. Great view of the beach, nice big balcony. The appliances could use updating. Was disappointed that the condo didn't come with two beach chairs and umbrella.
