Description says 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas included. Pictures show beach chairs and umbrellas but once you book it says they aren’t included. What’s included is old rusty chairs in a closet in the unit. A little misleading. Mold in the master bathroom. I also hung my daughter’s diamond cross necklace on the headboard of the bed she was using the night we checked in. My daughter forgot to grab it when we checked out. I immediately contacted the owner and of course no one can seem to find it. My daughter nor myself took the necklace off the headboard the entire time we were there but somehow it grew legs and walked off. Not impressed at all and will definitely not be staying again.

Perfect place for our trip!

My brothers family & mine stayed here along with my mom. It was the perfect place for all of us with lots of room. We loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view when we weren’t heading down to the beach.

Sweet Vacay!

Our family of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) loved our stay in Navarre. The condo was clean, spacious, and fit all of our needs. Our kids loved the 3 "pool"(pool, hot tub, medium-hot tub) options & I liked that the pool & condo boardwalk were secured with code-based door.

Wonderful!

The condo and property were well maintained and clean. There were tons of beach toys and chairs for guests in the closets. There was a washer/ dryer in unit, coffee maker etc. everything was functional! I would recommend brining extra toilet paper and maybe a few trash bags. We didn’t stay a whole week and ran out of these items the day before we left. Just something to consider if you don’t feel like purchasing those items down there.

Family trip

Beautiful white sand, dolphins playing right up to the shoreline! Not crowded at all! Lots of room for kids to run, play, fly kites, and dig in the sand. Bri in the office is amazing and helpful. Super great week!

Great place to be for a beach holiday! Had everything we needed. Access to unit and beach excellent. Tap water tastes good:not like chlorine or typical beach water. Beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards/toys adequate for us. Overall a great experience. Nice to know ahead of time: -King bed is comfy but sleeps quite hot for both of us. Maybe a pillow top mattress(?) -Instructions say to keep A/C no warmer than 72. May need add'l clothing for indoors. It was chilly to me. -need a bedside lamp on both sides of king bed -in-structions say there are hooks to hang beach towels on since they don't want you to hang them on balcony. We couldn't locate said hooks except for one scrawny Dollar Tree over-the-door rack in main bath. -towel racks in bathrooms are limited (not unusual but definitely inconvenient)Hooks for toiletry bags are non-existent (I bring my own) -nowhere to put pantry items in the kitchen cabinets. I brought grocery box/bags and put them on the washer/dryer to keep them out of the way. -listing doesn't say what kind of coffee maker is provided.There's a very nice keurig as well as a drip maker in unit. Drip maker looks older & was located on a shelf too high to access. No step ladder. -a number of kitchen items are located on shelves too high to reach. Fortunately we weren't doing any serious cooking for our 3-day stay. Lots and lots of dishes and flatware for a crowd but didn't see any plastic cups -lights around pool below balcony are kinda bright at night.

302 convenient to elevator and beautiful view of beach😊

Stay very nice because of the amount of beds (6)! Only thing lacking was that patio did not have enough of comfortable chairs, since we spend a lot of time out there! Also one of dining chairs was wobbly and maybe on verge of breaking!

Five star location and decor. Unfortunately mattresses really need to be upgraded.

Beautiful location and decor(5 star) but over shadowed by really uncomfortable mattresses and cheap window coverings that do not block out evening condo walkway outdoor lighting. We also thought third floor would be great, however first night we had rowdy group out in the hot tubs until 3am and heard everything through closed glass window. Thursday morning the condo above ours decided it was a great idea to do construction right after 8a and our last night Friday the fire alarm was pulled at 2:45 am. Not much sleep on this vacation and with five yr old twins who got interrupted sleep several nights/mornings of our stay, just prevented us from having a wonderful time.

Deceiving but management tried

I will preface this by saying I took 6 women with me and 5 were teenage girls. The management really tied to accomdate but came up short. The pictures are deceiving. This unit is small. No pantry in kitchen and it’s very small. We didn’t have hot water for more than two showers for the first two days. They did replace the water heater but then some fuse was out that kept it from heating properly. The TVs are HORRIBLE. They skipped or paused all the time. Again they tried to fix it with an external antennae but that didn’t work either. It was annoying to even have the TVs on. Management said it was a provider issue and they were trying to get out of the contract but I don’t think it should be represented that they have cable tv when you can’t watch it without pulling your hair out. And since we were there during World Cup we had to go elsewhere to watch it. The pool is very cheesy and seemed like a lot of rif raft staying here. This area is much quieter than destin however with that there isn’t much to do. No night life at all. The elevators had plug in fans mounted to the ceiling which was another turn off. Just cheesy. Again the management did a lot to try to accommodate us and even bought pizza for us one night due to the tv situation but it just wasn’t what we expected. We should be able to post our own pictures of the rooms to show they aren’t what they seem in the ad. They did have a police presence for security most nights while we were there.

Bed Bugs

The beach and condo were beautiful, but one of the rooms had beg bugs. My daughter was bitten the first night we were there. I didn’t realize they were bed bug bites at the time though…..then my other daughter found a dead bug in her bed. So, I reached out to the managing company (Gulf Coast Getaways). They told us to stay out of that room until they could send maintenance on Monday morning. So, the girls split up and slept on couches and such while I cleaned and washed every piece of clothing, shoes, and luggage we brought with us. On Monday morning at 7:00, my daughter had to go to urgent care because the bites had turned into huge blisters and appeared infected. Maintenance and housekeeping came. Maintenance said we would likely have to leave so the exterminator could spray the whole condo, but we didn’t hear this from the managing company until much later in the day. They offered a rental in another area beginning the next day, but didn’t have an option for my family for that night. I was told the money would be refunded for the remainder of the stay and that they “would work with VRBO to get the VRBO fees refunded” as well. I did receive the balance of the stay from the owner, but I did not receive anything back from VRBO. When I called to check on it, I was told if the owner/manager didn’t issue a full refund, the VRBO fees couldn’t be refunded. So, they reached out to the owner (according to the VRBO staff member), but once the told them why they were calling the owner hung up on them. Very disappointed in the experience with this rental overall. I know bed bugs are a risk anywhere you go, but the way the situation was handled and miscommunicated was unacceptable.

Great Moms trip!

Perfect space for 7 Moms! Beach chairs and accessories were convenient. Would have been nice to have a few extra blankets. Peaceful beach front and close to any other needs. Would definitely recommend to others!

Internet and TV service was poor.

This was our first trip to Navarre. We had a great time but was very disappointed with the internet and TV services. Some of the family was needing to do some work and this really messed them up. When making reservations if says wifi available but then when we got there it said you may need to use your own Hotspot. That should have been said when you register not after you have paid. The condo was beautiful decorated and the view was wonderful.

Family Ladies Trip

The pictures are deceiving. This unit is old and needs upgrades

We did not enjoy our stay. We got to the property early asked if we could get in, request denied said the unit wasn’t ready due to cleaning . When we received the door code at 4pm the unit still had sand all over the floor along with dust bunnies and a dead cricket. The unit smelled musky not clean. With COVID protocol I would have thought the unit would have been thoroughly cleaned. The baseboards looked like they haven’t been wiped down in quite some time. The dryer would not dry a load of clothes. This was very frustrating trying to keep towels and swimsuits washed and dried for 7 days! One of the bathtubs would not drain. This is an old unit that needs upgrades and repairs for the price they rent it for. You can rent the penthouse suite much nicer and roomier for $1k more. The Lazy Day Cabana service was not accommodating either very rude!
