Our happy Place

Navarre Beach and The Pearl of Navarre are truly our happy place. This area is so chill and the entire condo facility is beautiful. This is our second time to stay at The Pearl and the first time in this particular condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and provided the perfect setting for a week of relaxing. We can’t wait until next year!

Perfect condo

This condo is amazing! It’s the perfect place to stay if you are in Navarre. This condo feels more spacious than previous condos we stayed in the past but still has all the features we love. It has a big balcony with seating for 4. The master bath is HUGE!! Well worth the money and would 100% stay here again.

Fun time at the beach

Was nice. We believe a dog may have lived in this condo, dog hair seemed to show up. I would update the balcony furniture. Recomend more than a table and 4 chairs.

Great view

Beautiful beach with a great view. Balcony was very nice. Did not really spend a lot of time at the condo. The only reasons I do not give it a 5 is beacuse there were sandy beach toys and some trash left in the closet when we arrived but the rest of the condo was clean aside from a little dust. There were some dead bugs on the floor but that is typical after spraying and we did not see any live ones during the rest of the week.

Amazing area and view

The location of this property was perfect for us. The view was amazing. We did experience several encounters with roaches upon our stay not allowing us to leave certain things out as we normally would. It was also not as clean as expected with us having a 16 month old that was in and under everything. She was pulling out old trash and candies that were obviously not ours. We also had to request additional bath towels. We were only provided with 4, when this property says it sleeps 8 comfortably.

We do value the guest experience from start to finish and apologize that your needs were not met with this unit. We take pride in our units, and the Cleanliness should never be an issue, we will be making sure to pass your experience along to our House keeping team so they can makes sure this does not happen again. Pests can be a problem with the humidity in the area, but we always want to make sure this is not an issue for our guests, which is why they are treated regularly. We will be sure to make it known this unit needs to be treated again for the issue. Our units should supply the number of guests allowed towels, so that is again something that we will address with our house keeping team, and we apologize there was not the correct amount when you checked in. The next time you do find yourself on the Emerald Coast, we would love the chance to host you at any of our beautiful units along the coast and show you a true Southern 5 star stay! Great location, view and size, but room amenities lacking.

The condo was adequate, but not awesome. The best features were the location and view, and the spacious master suite. It was a bit tired and needed some deep cleaning and updating. There were several stains on the carpets, linens, and furniture, and the ceiling fans needed to be cleaned. Also, there were beetles scurrying about. It seems that they were living behind the massive mirrors above the tub in the master bath. A bit creepy. We were disappointed by the lack of welcoming extras such as coffee filters and enough coffee for the first morning, basic spices, beach toys and towels, pool toys, etc. If we come again we will choose a location with some of these extras rather than this location.

Great location, beautiful view

The property was excellent and the view was beautiful. They did a great job of answering when we needed something. The portal was easily accessible and had all the info needed.
