This centrally located stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo (approximately 1000 square feet) was just recently remodeled. It is a hop, skip and a jump to the chic restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues that populate this quaint historical silver mining town.

THE SPACE

From all the rooms in this corner, well lighted condo, you can take in the awesome views of Aspen and Shadow mountains. With two sets of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom, you can see the skiers coming down the mountain. High ceilings make this condo feel light and open to the beautiful surrounding environment outside.

This apartment is fully equipped with all housewares and luxurious bedroom linens. It is stylishly decorated in "mountain elegance" motif with couch, 2 living room chairs and bar stools.

There is a king mattress in master bedroom and queen murphy bed in second bedroom. The murphy bed can transform into a desk. The room functions as a second bedroom or an office.

A large stackable washer and dryer is located within the unit. Large closets with custom built in storage for shoes, belts, scarfs, sweater shelves and stacked hanging rods make the unit neat and organized.

The modern bathrooms are done in white marble and granite. There is a large steam shower big enough for two adults to rejuvenate with two separate his and her shower nozzles. The elegant bathrooms include a large chic, state of the art, luxurious black granite bathtub to relax in after a long day of skiing or hiking.

The natural wood-burning fireplace is wonderful to heat up the condo while you smell the aroma of pinewood.

There is handicap parking spot very large and handicap access on ground level to the front door. There are heated walkways to the front entry, making it safe to walk in the winter.

The private patio comes with an 8-person table available for parties, a private propane grill barbecue and built in seating area to enjoy visiting with friends. Experience privacy while sipping a glass of wine after a long day of activities. From the patio, access the newly renovated hot tub and pool through a private gate. The hot tub and pool have handicap access through mobility chairs. The pubic pool area is equipped with a large chaise lounge for two and a four-person table with an umbrella.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in the core of Aspen city. It is four Blocks to the gondola to ski Ajax Mountain (12-minute walk), one block to restaurant-row and one block to chic Aspen nightlife, making this condo an excellent location for those who want to take it easy and relax and walk everywhere.

Getting Around:
The neighborhood is walkable in all directions, just a short 10-minute walk to amazing hiking (Smuggler, Hunter Creek or Ute hiking trails), biking, gold metal fly fishing and world-class skiing. It’s an easy stroll to The Little Nell hotel for great people watching (both locals and visitors), to downtown Aspen, for fine dining and shopping or to catch a show at the Belly Up or historic Wheeler Opera House. Another short stroll will get you to the Benedict Music Tent in Aspen’s exclusive West End District where you can enjoy a glass of wine and listen to world-class music in the summer. Stroll to The Aspen Institute for the Ideas Festival, to The Aspen Meadows for a salt pool workout or to The Physics Lecture Hall to hear cutting edge Physics lectures. The unit is a short one-minute, one block walk to free bus service with easy free access to all four Ski Resorts (Snowmass, Buttermilk, Highlands and Aspen Mountain). Take either Uber, a taxi, a bike or walk to everything in the core of Aspen. There is also a free taxi service within the core. Everything else is accessible by bus.

The condo is a 15-minute (3.5 miles) taxi ride from the Aspen-Pitkin County Airport making Aspen so convenient.
