Gelaberts, Villa for 6 people with pool and BBQ

Villa Gelaberts is a cosy and pleasant family holiday home with a private swimming pool, perfectly located in the Playa de Muro area, within walking distance of shops of all kinds and the perfect sandy beach. Finished to a high standard and offering the most modern amenities, this cheerful villa will surprise its guests with its pleasant atmosphere, bright decor and beautiful outdoor areas overlooking the Albufera nature reserve. Villa Gelaberts can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms.



Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor and has been recently renovated to offer an even more pleasant holiday experience. It features a spacious living room with a dining area (offering satellite TV with free channels, sofas, armchairs, wi-fi internet), a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a self-service holiday, a double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with single beds and 2 family bathrooms with bathtub + shower. The villa is spacious and bright, with plenty of space to spend time together and have privacy when required. The bedrooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price between 2 pm-4 pm and 8 pm-8 am).



Outside, the villa is surrounded by pleasant gardens and paved terraces, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the Mallorcan breeze. The private pool measures 6.5 m x 3.7 m (depth between 1.1 m and 1.4 m) and is equipped with 6 sun loungers. There are comfortable seating areas under the shaded terrace, as well as many opportunities for outdoor dining.



The tourist tax is included in the rates.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
