Convenient ground floor unit, with a six seat golf cart included. Spectacular ocean views. Premier membership access to exclusive golf courses and beaches. Daily housekeeping. Located within the gated Hacienda de Mita community, near the Four Seasons. Enjoy the fun activities and fantastic restaurants located nearby; Snorkeling, paddle boarding, tennis, golf, surfing, and fishing and whale watching in season. Prices vary with seasons. This condo provides all the amenities of a luxurious home. High end kitchen appliances, a gas grill, granite countertops, seating for 8 inside and out. The large covered patio is located next a lush lawn, perfect for kids. The infinity pool is close by. WIFI, and cable TV, Apple TV, Alexa speaker. You will have access to the full condo, approximately 3,000 sq. feet. Premier Membership to private beaches and golf courses. Our property manager will contact you when you reserve the condo and is available during your stay to book transportation, restaurant reservations, activities and grocery shopping delivery service. Located within a gated community, yet steps away from the quaint town of Punta de Mita, offering lots of favorite restaurants and many activities. Airport shuttle services can be arranged through the property manager. The Puerto Vallarta airport is approximately 40 minutes away. **A golf cart is provided upon request** to get to the beaches, golf courses or restaurants within the gated community.

Awesome Punta Mita condo, location, host and concierge

We are big fans of HdM #701. friendly owner and concierge. A great location for walking into town and relaxing over looking Pacifico #7 golf course and the water. Full access to all golf, beach clubs and Punta Mita has to offer.

Perfection!!

We loved everything!! The location, the set-up of the condo, the property manager, the golf cart....such a fun getaway with family! The house has everything needed and more. Daily housekeeping is such a treat too!

Great Spring Break!

Had a great time in Hacienda de Mita 701! The ground floor location was ideal for our 4 kids to just run out to the pool. Can’t thank Lauren enough for all her help with restaurants and activities. She was awesome!

Great location and service

Having access to the great beaches, golf courses and restaurants within the gated community made our stay memorable. Our group enjoyed all of these amenities and the short walk to the village of Punta de Mita to experience those restaurants, too. The cook prepared wonderful breakfasts and lunches for us and the concierge made sure everything was in place before and during our stay. The extra large patio and lawn in front of the pool was a safe place for the kids to play.

Amazing Vacation Home and Location!

Our family just spent a week in this home and Punta Mita. What an amazing paradise to relax, rest and play. Everything about this home and area is 5 star. Very close to the town of Punta Mita and it's restaurants, easy golf cart ride to wonderful beach clubs and amazing food and service. Can't say enough about our stay! Would recommend this to everyone.

Tranquility

Our third time staying at this peaceful property. Everything in the condo was clean and functional for our group of 6! We added a one year old this year. He had a blast exploring in a very safe environment. We had unbelievable breakfasts prepared by the housekeeper/cook to start our day. The new Kipuri Beach was our favorite. Wonderful meals on the property as well as a short walk to town. The new local grocery store is a plus as well. No worries....just relaxing and laughs. We will be back!

A week in heaven!

We spent an incredible week at Hacienda de Mita and loved our stay. Perfect for families, the condo was well appointed with the two master suites and one more large Bedroom plus the bunk bed room which was perfect for our little one. All of the six adults + one baby in our had plenty of privacy. The kitchen is a dream and has all of the equipment you could think of. We also loved the daily housekeeping and cooking service, Alma was terrific and we miss her cooking! The outdoor patio area was great for long evenings chatting or mornings going to the pool. The condo had every creature comfort we could think of from a smart TV to a Viking range to large and spacious closets and bathrooms. We highly recommend this spot!

Fantastic, well-appointed condo in paradise!

This was my family's third stay inside the gates at Punta de Mita, and we LOVED this ground-floor unit condo at Hacienda de Mita. The ease of access to the pool cannot be beat, the HDM residents' beach club is a short stroll away, and the ocean views are to die for. This unit has privacy, seclusion, and is so well appointed we didn't miss a thing. The kitchen is impeccably stocked, the TVs and Apple TV/streaming content worked flawlessly, and there is a great selection of fun games and arts and crafts for adults and kids alike. And, of course, the unit comes with a fantastic 6-seater golf cart and premier golf access, so you can go everywhere and do everything. Speaking from experience, this unit is a rare find -- you could easily throw some clothes in a bag, show up, and have a perfect vacation. Having breakfast made for you each day, snacks for the afternoon, grocery shopping, laundry folded neatly, and general cleaning allows for a truly relaxing vacation where all you do is spend family time together in paradise. I also have to add the rental experience and concierge services were completely seamless, responsive, and so easy. We will absolutely return!

Just finished my 2nd visit to this condo. It is by far one of my favorite getaways. The condo is extremely well equipped with all the amenities and very upscale. The patio is great for dining on with a view of the ocean and infinity pool. If you choose to dine out the restaurants nearby are excellent with great service. Surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, beach club, spa, golfing or just shopping in the quaint town of Punta Mita it's all here within a golf cart ride or walking distance. I highly recommend this rental.

Ideal Destination for Vacation

This place is everything promised and more. The view is breath-taking and the condo is very clean, beautiful and spacious. There’s direct access to the beach with great surfing, paddle boarding and bodyboarding adventures. The infinity pool is large enough for swimming laps and perfect for lounging. The condo had everything we needed to cook but there were several reasonable-priced restaurants within walking distance. The town of Punta Mita feels very safe and has great restaurants and some fun shopping. I would highly recommend this property and vacation spot for either a family or a romantic getaway!

Great work vacation

Great location with amazing access to pools, golf, the ocean and amazing restaurants. Paddle boarding is a must. Chefs kitchen and gigantic suites! Pristine appointments all the way through the property with service to match.

Paradise found

This was our first time to visit this area of Mexico and we hope it won't be our last. When we return, we most definitely want to stay again in this beautifully decorated and spacious condo. When we walked in the views of the ocean and infinity pool from the patio doors were breathtaking and the patio was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning to having dinner in the evening. The kitchen comes equipped with everything necessary to cook and more and there is a beautiful dining area inside as well as out.. Daily maid service is provided and that was so very nice. The living area is so comfortable and perfect for relaxing as well as entertaining. We enjoyed the big screen television and the movie channels that were provided. The bedrooms and baths were quite luxurious and the entire home is immaculate. So many times the pictures provided for rentals are somewhat deceiving, but not in this case. It truly is as lovely as the pictures depict. The entire complex is so safe and so well taken care of and there is much to do in this area. The owner provides a card for access to several beach clubs and golf courses. We really enjoyed Kupuri beach club, and had lunch here several days. They are so attentive to detail and care of guests. I would highly recommend getting a massage here also. It was an absolutely lovely experience. The condo is steps away from the charming village of Punta Mita and we thoroughly enjoyed and recommend dinner at Tuna Blanco and Casa Teresa. Whale watching is a must in this charming area and we took an excursion from one of the local companies also located in the village and had some amazing views of these impressive mammals. This vacation area and condo truly is in paradise and we could not recommend it more highly.

One of the most beautiful destinations I've been to

Pulling up to the doors of the Punta Mita condos, I was struck by the level of attention paid to the upkeep of the place. The lawns and shrubbery were trimmed, the walkways were clear and clean, and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. Thankfully, that feeling of comfortable luxury extended to the inside where the welcoming foyer gave way to a large kitchen and a plush living room; all framed by a large-windowed patio that opens out onto a gorgeous common backyard and infinity pools. If sitting around relaxing isn't your thing, I tried out paddle boarding for the first time and fell in love, even as I fell off my board a couple of times. The staff of most every place I visited, including at the condos themselves, were helpful and seemed happy to offer their assistance when I needed it, and the food in the nearby village was excellent. It was a magnificent trip and I look forward to the chance to return!
