This luxury home has 3,700sf of living space and a beautifully designed Mexican Beach interior created by the designer who decorated the Four Seasons Hotel. It includes 3 large bedrooms (2 with King size beds and 1 with two Queen size beds) and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. The beds are furnished with luxurious pillow top mattresses and dressed in 600 thread count white cotton pima sheets, soft fluffy pillows and cozy tropical weight comforters. Each bedroom includes a private bath. This home will accommodate 8 guests comfortably, HOA rules prohibit more than 8 guests, babies count. For your convenience, there is a Maytag washer and dryer and you will have DAILY maid service.

In addition, you will enjoy a beautifully appointed granite and stainless steel gourmet kitchen that includes a Wolf range and a SubZero refrigerator/freezer, stocked by your personal concierge. If you do not want to cook on your vacation, a private chef is available. Or you may enjoy the excellent cuisine of the local restaurants on the property and in the neighboring village.

To stay connected with the world outside paradise, your home also includes wireless high speed internet, a Vonage phone (it’s a local call to anywhere in the US and Canada), Plasma TVs with DVD players and US satellite stations.

If you’re a golfer, this wonderful home is located adjacent to hole #7 of the world renowned, Jack Nicklaus Signature “Pacifico” golf course - which was voted the #1 resort golf course in the world by Conde Naste. You can also golf at the second Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, “Bahia” which was just ranked in the top 5 of new international courses by Golf Digest. Play both courses at a special, DISCOUNTED rate available to our guests.

If you’re a surfer, surfing is excellent right in front of the condo and there are other amazing surf spots inside the gates.
