Serene, quiet, relaxing and beautiful it offers all the comforts of home in a gated community. Watch the golfers while relaxing on the patio and enjoying the view. This condo is also conveniently located just two doors from one of the beautiful heated pools with a large Jacuzzi. You will find relaxing chase lounge chairs at the pool for sun bathing and it's close enough to go back and forth for anything you may need. The condo is just minutes away from the Coachella & StageCoach Festivals, as well as the La Quinta Resort, Santa Rosa Cove, Waldorf Astoria & The Polo Fields. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are all near by.

You approach the condo through a manicured courtyard with a lemon tree near the street and a grapefruit tree near the front door. There is a sitting are in the front as well as the double back deck with a gas BBQ. A ceiling fan and electric awning will keep you cool during the warmer days.

Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with new, modern appliances and two wine coolers. The large granite counter tops will provide ample room for the chef in your group. The dining area features a large, and expandable, dinning table which provides a great view out the back patio. The large den with 14 foot ceilings provides two sofas and a lounge chair. A large TV with expanded channels, HBO, Showtime and sports sits on a remote simulated fireplace with an electric heater. WiFi is also available throughout the condo.

The master bedroom features a king Tempur-Pedic® memory foam bed with an incredible view of the golf course. The private en-suite bath has dual sinks and a tiled shower and all new linens and towels. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a new Stearns and Foster Estate mattress. The adjoining bathroom can be locked off for privacy and features a large basin and tiled shower. The office area has a desk, chair and all-in-one printer. Both the master and second bedrooms have large, wall mounted TVs and ceiling fans. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer.
